Another day, another death hoax for Lil’ Wayne. The singer apparently overdosed on PHP, claimed some Twitter followers — except they were linking to another hoax from 2011.

Lil’ Wayne’s Health Problems
While it is all a hoax, we know that Weezy does have some health issues.
“The bad news is I’m an epileptic, I’m prone to seizures,” Lil Wayne revealed to Power 106 on March 28, 2013, after scaring fans when he landed in the hospital. “Like, this isn’t my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh seizure.”
He went on to say he’s suffered “a bunch of seizures.”
“Basically, I could’ve died, so that is why it was so serious,” he said. “But the reason being for the seizures is just plain stress, no rest, overworking myself.”
Well, we’re glad he’s doing well!
