Bio:
Bruce Willis (born March 19, 1955 in Idar-Oberstein, West Germany) is an American actor, producer and singer. He began his career Off-Broadway in the early 1980s and then moved to television, notably as David Addison in Moonlighting. He received an Emmy in 1987 for that role. His first lead role in a feature film was also in 1987 in Blind Date. He then became part of the Die Hard franchise in 1988 as John McClane, which it categorized as his “breakthrough” role. In 1990 and 1995 he reprised his role as McClane in Die Hard 2 and Die Hard with a Vengeance. Bruce continued his acting career in films such as Pulp Fiction, Twelve Monkeys, Mercury Rising, Armageddon and The Sixth Sense. In 2000, Bruce won another Emmy, this time for his role in Friends, for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series. In the 2000s, Bruce went on to star in the Ocean’s franchise and Sin City. Most recently, he has made his Broadway debut in the adaptation of Stephen King’s novel Misery.

Bruce Willis was married to Demi Moore on November 21, 1987 and had three daughter, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah. Demi and he separated in 1998 and divorced in 2000. Bruce credited actor Will Smith for helping him cope with the divorce. Bruce was engaged to actress Brooke Burns but they broke up after 10 months together. He married model Emma Heming in 2009 and the couple has two daughters, Mabel and Evelyn.
