Deputy Editor of Los Angeles
Deputy Editor Chris Rogers leads HollywoodLife's Los Angeles newsroom while writing breaking news stories and overseeing assignments from staff members. Chris's passion for celebrity and entertainment news dates back to at least 2002 when he'd devour all the celebrity magazines on a weekly basis while working in an NJ grocery store. After graduating from Rutgers University with a degree in Communications in May 2008, Chris decided to turn his passion for pop culture into a full-fledged career. First, he took on roles at Babble.com and BabyRazzi.com -- two celebrity-focused news websites. Then, he joined HollywoodLife as a Weekend Editor in May 2012. And a few years after getting promoted to Senior Editor, Chris took on his current role as the Deputy Editor of the Los Angeles newsroom. Chris is HollywoodLife's key 'Real Housewives' and 'Teen Mom' expert, having conducted interviews with dozens of stars from each franchise, while also recapping each series. In addition, Chris has interviewed major celebrities like Shay Mitchell, Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, Lucy Hale, Alyson Hannigan, Camilla Luddington, and more.
