Teri Hatcher shared gorgeous photos and video of her daughter Emerson in celebration of her 2020 Brown University graduation after a ‘virtual and moving ceremony’.
Plus, Jane says goodbye to two major people in her life! What will she do next?
Jane (Erica Dasher) finally had her first real date with Eli (Bryan Dechart) on the July 17 episode of Jane By Design, and it was perfect — minus the part where Jane spilled red wine all over Nina Garcia and had to leave the fanciest restaurant in town wearing a table cloth for a dress. Other than that… perfect.
Someone liked it — and definitely wants to put a ring on it. As if Jane’s life wasn’t complicated enough!
Jane’s (Erica Dasher) fairy tale life almost came crashing down around her — once again — on the July 10 episode of Jane By Design when her mom (Teri Hatcher) decided to whip up an online dating profile for Gray (Andie MacDowell), following the news that Beau has found himself a much younger fiancée. And, of course, India (India de Beaufort) was somehow able to manipulate Kate’s kind gesture in yet another attempt to oust Gray from the company.
Plus, Jane reveals a HUGE secret — but it’s not the one you might think!
Jane (Erica Dasher) has always wondered what life would be like if her mom came home, and on the June 26 episode of Jane By Design, she finally got her answer: It pretty much blows. On her first day back in town, Kate (Teri Hatcher) managed to work her way into Jane’s love life and work life, nearly blowing her big secret to Gray (Andie MacDowell).
Yes, Jane’s long-lost mom is finally back — direct from Wisteria Lane!
This may not have been Jane’s (Erica Dasher) best birthday ever, but it was definitely the most surprising. Not only did she learn the truth about the Donovan Decker mole on the June 19 episode of Jane By Design, but she also discovered intense new feelings for a certain co-worker. Oh, and did I mention her mom (Teri Hatcher) came back to surprise her? Happy birthday, indeed.
What did you think of the way ‘Desperate Housewives’ ended? HollywoodLife.com readers — and myself — were hoping for more.
After spending eight years with the women of Wisteria Lane, Desperate Housewives fans figured they’d be reaching for the tissues during the show’s May 13 series finale. But instead of getting the warm, satisfying ending they’d hoped for, viewers watched in disappointment as four seemingly life-long friends — Susan (Teri Hatcher), Gaby (Eva Longoria), Lynette (Felicity Huffman) and Bree (Marcia Cross) — parted ways, never to see each other again.
Ghosts of Fairview past — and I mean that literally — returned to send off the women of Wisteria Lane. Were you satisfied with the ending?
The two-hour series finale of Desperate Housewives somehow managed to feature every last-episode cliché in the book — a wedding, a delivery, a trial, a death, etc. — but in true Housewives fashion, it all worked together perfectly. Not only were we given closure with each of the women we’ve grown to love, but we were also reminded that there will always be drama on Wisteria Lane. We just won’t see it.
Plus, Susan makes a shocking discovery about Mike!
It’s ironic that the April 1 episode of Desperate Housewives began with a monologue about how Bree (Marcia Cross) feels everything must go according to plan, because all the while, she had no idea someone was working on a nasty plan of their own — against her!
Plus, the evidence continues to mount against Bree! At least she’ll have the cleanest jail cell on the block.
After two weeks of shocks, tears and changes, the March 25 episode of Desperate Housewives found the women of Wisteria Lane doing exactly what they do best: meddling in other people’s lives! Susan (Teri Hatcher) helped her son handle his anger, Bree (Marcia Cross) broke up her son’s engagement, Gaby (Eva Longoria) got paid to tell strangers what to wear, and Lynette (Felicity Huffman) tried to reel Tom (Doug Savant) back into her life. But did it work?
Plus, Mike is laid to rest in one of the saddest TV funeral I’ve ever seen.
Mike’s (James Denton) funeral on the March 18 episode of Desperate Housewives turned out to be more than just a tearjerker, as the women of Wisteria Lane used their memories of him to reflect on some of their past hardships — and realized what needs to be done to conquer their current demons.
Spoiler alert! Don’t read on until you’ve seen the March 11 episode of ‘Desperate Housewives.’
Even though most of us knew about tonight’s major death a few days ago, the March 11 episode of Desperate Housewives was nothing short of heartbreaking. The final scene between Mike (James Denton) and Susan (Teri Hatcher) on the porch literally ripped me to pieces, as she thanked him for always being there to protect people, and he told her — for the last time — just how much he really loved her.
The stalking, the letters, the murder — Bree knows about everything!
The March 4 episode of Desperate Housewives felt a little like a filler — especially after the juicy developments we got during February sweeps — until Bree (Marcia Cross) paid a visit to Orson’s (Kyle MacLachlan) apartment and learned the truth. About everything. The revelation led to a fiery confrontation, in which Bree told Orson he meant “nothing” to her. Am I the only one who thinks that wasn’t too smart? Hell hath no fury like a wheelchair-bound psychopath scorned.
Share your theories & vote for which Fairview resident you think will (or should) bite the dust. I’m dying to find out!
It’s too bad real-estate goddess Edie Britt (Nicolette Sheridan) isn’t around anymore, because there’s about to be a vacancy on Wisteria Lane! Entertainment Weekly is reporting that a “major character” will be killed off Desperate Housewives on an episode scheduled for March 2012, and to give you an idea of just how shocking the death will be, the cast was just informed of the tragic twist last week!
