Curb Your Enthusiasm
The world has been Larry David-less for six long years and as the ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ promos stated, we ‘need him now more than ever.’ But we might lose him all too soon, seeing as in the Oct. 1 premiere he managed to offend an entire religion and get a hit placed on him in under 40 mins.
It’s been six long years since we saw Larry David play an even worse version of himself on HBO’s ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm.’ Now that the show is finally coming back for a ninth season on Oct. 1, it’s time to remember where Larry left off. Hint: It was prettay, prettay, prettay bad.
Larry David’s bringing back a pretty, pretty good show. ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ went off the air in 2011, and HBO just announced its return date — and brought us the first teaser.
The sketch comedians, the science geeks, the awkward loner, the quirky hipsters, the eccentric family, or the White House staffers — which comedic crew gets your vote?
We may live for drama here at HollywoodLife.com, but we also enjoy the occasional giggle fit, so we’re psyched to see our favorite comedies going head-to-head Sept. 23 at the 64th annual Primetime Emmy Awards. From the old standbys like 30 Rock and Modern Family to the newcomers like Veep and Girls, we can’t wait to see which series comes out on top!
Larry stoops to his lowest level yet in ignoring the feelings of his loyal assistant, slandering his dermatologist, implying that his best friend Jeff has had an affair, and then getting into a cupboard war.
Larry David gets everything he had coming to him in last night’s July 31 episode. First, he makes the big mistake of dating the comely hostess Heidi at his favorite lunchtime restaurant, which is five minutes from his office. Read More!
Ep. 73: Palestinian Chicken – Preview Only Larry David can incite hostilities which break out ALL over LA and in last night’s episode, July 24, Larry breaks up two marriages, gets into hand to hand combat over chocolate cake and then is stuck in the middle of a chicken war. Hopefully you weren’t hungry when…
Larry’s divorce from Cheryl is officially underway, but that wasn’t the only bloodbath he had to deal with.
For the record, I would gladly engage in a divorce with Larry David. On the season 8 premiere of HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm, Larry and his divorce lawyer crafted a scheme to screw over Cheryl (Cheryl Hines.) “I want to look like a good guy,” Larry said. “…But I don’t really want to be a good guy.”
Get prepared for an hour of hilariousness in an episode that pits Palestinians against Jews with Larry David caught in the middle! Watch a preview clip here!
I just watched the season eight premiere of Curb Your Enthusiasm and my stomach hurts from laughing. Leave it to Larry David to avoid doing anything charitable, to choose hot sex over loyalty, to expose deep dark secrets and to purposely insult friends’ wives all in one episode while having absolutely no guilt about any of it. Check out a preview of the upcoming episode! Read More!
The Curb Your Enthusiasm star calls daughter Catherine her “best friend” and doesn’t plan to give her any siblings.
Angelina Jolie and Heidi Klum have got nothing to worry about from Cheryl Hines when it comes to any competition for who’s got the most kids. One of the stars of HBO’s smash hit sitcom Curb Your Enthusiasm has one 6 1/2-year-old daughter, and that’s all she’ll ever have. “As they say, I think I’m ‘one and done.’ I like having one child,” she told CelebrityBabyScoop.com. “I like doing everything with my daughter.”
Oh, heck yeah … Just think of all the trouble Larry David and Jeremy Piven would cause if they joined forces!
Perrey Reeves is crossing her fingers HBO is going to do a serious character swap in the near future, allowing fraternization between her show, Entourage, and the hilarious Curb Your Enthusiasm.
We don’t know who wouldn’t want to hang out with the Curb cast, but Perrey, who plays the long-suffering wife of pushy and powerful agent Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven), has a particular reason for wanting the crossover: she wants to make Cheryl Hines her bestie.
