Bio:
Martha Hunt (born April 27, 1989 in Wilson, North Carolina) is an American fashion model. Martha was a teenager when she was discovered by a Charlotte, North Carolina photographer. While in high school, Martha pursued a modeling career, meeting with agencies in New York. She moved to the Big Apple and signed with IMG Models, launching her career. Martha’s first major runway work came in 2007 when she walked for Issey Miyake at Paris Fashion Week. In 2009, Martha appeared on the cover of Vogue China, Harper’s Bazaar, GQ and other high profile fashion magazines. Martha has also appeared in commercial work, modeling for brands Miu Mui, Santa Lola, Ralph Laruen, Prada and Juicy Couture. In 2014, Martha wrote for Vanity Fair UK, detailing her trip to the Coachella Music Festival with other fellow models. Martha began a working relationship with Victoria’s Secret in 2012. She posed in their catalog, starred in their publicities and, in 2013, walked their Fashion show. In 2015, Martha became a Victoria’s Secret Angel and was part of the Victoria’s Secret Swimsuit Special. In 2015, she appeared as the character Homeslice in Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” music video.

Personal Life:
Martha is a fitness enthusiast and an avid surfer. Martha was born with Scoliosis. She underwent corrective surgery on her spine when she was a teenager. Since then, she has worked with the Scoliosis Research Society to raise awareness over the condition. She also works with charities supporting the homeless living with HIV/AIDS. She has a dog named Bear.
