Kody Brown isn’t going down without a fight. The Sister Wives star filed a rehearing for his case against Utah’s polygamy laws. Even though his lawsuit was thrown out, he has filed a petition in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals to find Utah’s polygamy law “unconstitutional.”
