Hunter Biden (born Robert Hunter Biden on February 4, 1970 in Wilmington, Delaware) is the youngest son of former United States Vice President Joe Biden. He is an American lawyer and partner at Rosemont Seneca Partners, LLC and is Counsel to Boies, Schiller, Flexner, LLP, a New York-based-law firm. Hunter graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s degree before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Yale Law School. After completing college, Hunter became a member of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps Northwest.
In 2024, he was found guilty on multiple tax and gun-related charges but was pardoned by his father, President Joe Biden, in December of that year.

Personal Life:
Hunter married Kathleen Biden and they have three daughters, Naomi, Finnegan, and Maisy. They reportedly separated in Oct. 2015. He went on to date his brother’s widow Hallie Biden, according to an official statement on March 1, 2017.He later married Melissa Cohen Biden in 2019, and the couple welcomed their son, Beau, named after his late brother, who passed away from cancer in 2015.
