Watch out, Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise – there is an equally stylish mother-daughter duo in town! Dressed up for the Hard Rock Cafe’s 11th Annual Dream Halloween Party on Oct. 21, Padma Lakshmi and her cute daughter Krishna, 2, painted the town blue!

The Top Chef host and her adorable daughter attended the event in matching blue wigs and fairy wings, and 42-year-old Padma topped her look off with a witch’s hat.

Padma looked stunning in a floor-length black dress, which was a far cry from her fashion faux pas earlier this week, as her dress turned sheer at a Donna Karen event, revealing her white bra.

After claiming Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi, 41, refused to put his name on the birth certificate, venture capitalist (and the brother of Dell founder Michael Dell) Adam Dell, 42, will now be recognized as Krishna‘s dad. Also fighting for full custody, he’s received extra custody and visitation rights, according to The Daily Mail.

Padma allegedly told Adam she had hoped her ex billionaire boyfriend Teddy Forstmann was the biological father and refused to put his name on the birth certificate!

Teddy reportedly acted as the role of father in little Krishna’s life, and Padma even encouraged the little girl to call him “Papa.” Although Teddy wasn’t Krishna’s biological dad, he still left the tot $1.8 billion trust fund when he passed away in Nov. 2011!

But now Adam will have more of a role in the girl’s life.

“Their dispute was settled privately, out of court,” a source told the New York Post. “Dell got improved visitation and custody rights. He had wanted full custody, but they came to a compromise. Padma maintains the same rights she always had.”

Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi‘s mogul boyfriend Teddy Forstmann died of cancer in November, and he left an estimated $1.8 billion trust fund to Padma’s daughter, Krishna Lakshmi — but he’s not her real dad, according to the NY Daily News!

Padma, 41, and the 71-year-old were dating for several years, and they were even together when the model gave birth to Krishna! Teddy has been “carrying out the role of father since the moment Krishna was delivered into his arms.”

Many thought Teddy was Krishna’s biological dad, but it was later revealed that her father is venture capitalist Adam Dell — the brother of Dell Computer founder Michael Dell.

In January 2011, Adam filed a lawsuit seeking full custody of his daughter and to have his name added to her birth certificate. But according to court papers, Padma revealed she hoped tests would show Teddy was the biological dad.

In his will, Teddy refers to Padma as “my friend.” He forgives all debts she owed him, and he left the generous trust fund to her daughter.

“It may be just an educational trust,” says Arelen Harris, co-chair of the trust and estate department at the firm Kaye Scholer. “But it sounds like he was closest to this woman. There’s more to it here.”

Billionaire Theodore Forstmann, who was romantically involved with 41-year-old Top Chef host and actress Padma Lakshmi, passed away on Nov. 20 at 71 from brain cancer, a spokesperson told the New York Times.

Padma and Theodore’s relationship was the topic of much discussion when she gave birth to daughter Krishna in February 2010. It was thought that Theodore was the dad until it was revealed that Adam Dell was the father.

Theodore was also linked with Princess Diana.

In May, Theodore was diagnosed with brain cancer.

Padma is proud to display a pregnant nude photo of herself in her home for family and friends to see! Would YOU be comfortable with everyone seeing you naked?

Most women with a bun in the oven would describe themselves as bloated, fat, unattractive and missing their former frames, but for Padma Lakshmi, it’s the complete opposite.

In 2009, the celebrity foodie posed for Page Six magazine nude and pregnant, joining the elite crew of past expectant celebrities like 48-year-old Demi Moore and Britney Spears, 30, who took it all off to show the world pregnancy is a beautiful thing.

Today, Padma is still proud of her pregnant posing and has it displayed as art in her design studio to enjoy.

“I think those are beautiful pictures and they hang in our design studio and my daughter passes those pictures every day,” she said. “I think a woman’s body is one of the most beautiful creations on this Earth and it’s not what you do, it’s how you do it. Michelangelo did nudes too. There’s a difference between a beautiful photo and an exploited photo, and I don’t believe there’s anything exploited in the photos that I’ve taken.”

Easy for Padma to say, since she looks to be a perfect 10 whether or not she’s pregnant — but Padma said staying in shape isn’t always her top priority.

”It’s not easy, and the short answer is that I don’t stay in shape during the season,” she admitted.

“I go up one to two dress sizes. What you don’t see on camera is that I do have a rack full of clothes that range in sizes, and as I gain weight, I just wear bigger clothes. I’ve learned a thing or two about how to camouflage certain areas and how to draw the eye to a preferable area of the body.”

Sounds like Padma has another talent she needs to share with women everywhere!

After defying the odds of endometriosis and getting pregnant, Padma is so thankful to have her daughter Krishna.

Top Chef host and model Padma Lakshmi has overcome the shame she felt about her struggle with endometriosis and now supports other women facing the infertility-causing condition. At this weekend’s Endometriosis Foundation of America’s Blossom Ball in New York City, Padma explained why it was important to discuss her battle with fertility issues.

“It’s never easy to talk about your period, but it was such an important subject, and I’m so thankful that I have my daughter, that I couldn’t help but pay it forward and speak out, because I don’t want other women to go through what I went through,” Padma tells Ok! magazine.

“I have so many women friends who didn’t know they have endometriosis until it was too late, and it was such an important cause that I had no choice,” she adds.”I would’ve been morally corrupt if I didn’t put my own ego aside, and open my mouth. That’s really how I feel about it.” Truly inspiring.

But what’s even more amazing is that Padma beat the odds and became pregnant with her now 1-year-old daughter Krishna. “I get surprised every single day,” she says of motherhood. “It’s huge.”

More custody troubles in Hollywood. Adam Dell, the father of Top Chef star Padma Lakshmi‘s 11-month-old daughter Krishna, filed legal papers in Manhattan yesterday (Jan. 25) in an attempt to get custody of the little girl.

According to TMZ, Adam, the brother of the computer king Michael Dell, is under an out-of-court agreement with Padma, which says he has visitation rights to see Krishna nine days per month. The agreement is in effect until Feb. 20, which is Krishna’s first birthday. Although the parents were talking about a new arrangement for after her birthday, negotiations fell through and now Adam is on the custody war path.

Padma’s not the only A-list mommy to lose the pregnancy pounds quickly

In a statement his lawyer, Bill Zabel, tells Page Six, “Adam Dell, above all else, wants to have active and substantial role in the upbringing of his daughter with Padma Lakshmi. Unfortunately, Ms. Lakshmi has severely limited his time with their daughter and has refused to negotiate a reasonable co-parenting agreement. Mr. Dell has tried his best to avoid going to court, but Ms. Lakshmi has given him no other choice at this time.”

And aside from the custody battle, Adam is continuing an unnecessary debate of Krishna’s name. Sources tell TMZ that Adam is still furious over the name Padma chose for their daughter. He argued with her for over four hours just two days after the baby was born! HollyMoms, do you think he has a right to be upset about the little girl’s name.

Padma and Krishna have a lunch date

Adam, who had an on again off again relationship with Padma, is angry that he only gets to spend seven hours a week with Krishna. Although, sources close to the Top Chef host say he’s not being honest and insist that she never denies him visitation. Insiders say Padma, who does not receive child support from Adam, is feeling “bullied” by him and would much rather handle this matter in private, for the sake of their little girl.  She feels that this is his way of forcing a relationship when all she wants is what is best for Krishna.

We hope they can put their differences aside and come to an agreement for the sake of sweet little Krishna.

Whether they’re the spawn of Donald Trump or Sarah Jessica Parker‘s twins, these kids were born to be on New York magazine’s power list — and they didn’t even have to work for it! She not only has famous parents, but famous grandparents (Francis Ford Coppola), uncles (Roman Coppola) and second cousins (Nicolas Cage), as well as a second home in Paris. We’re jealous!

Matilda Rose Ledger, 5, the daughter of Oscar-nominated actress Michelle Williams and the late Heath Ledger, may live a low-key existence in Brooklyn, but she has a fortune waiting for her that will leave her set for life — her father’s estate is estimated at $16 million.

With gorgeous, toned, athletic parents like NFL quarterback Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele Bundchen, 1-year-old Benjamin Rein Brady is pretty much destined to be a stunner. And if he isn’t, he’ll have the money to make all his pain go away!
