Khloe Kardashian, 31, has made fitness a priority, and over on her app, she’s dedicated herself to helping the rest of us follow her lead. Making a strong case for an at-home workout (you can squeeze it in whenever you like, you don’t have to worry about having cute gym clothes or putting on makeup), Khloe shared her favorite essentials for working out at home.
Proving you don’t have to spend a small fortune to create a workout space for yourself at home, one of Khloe’s top picks is the Fitband Essentials Stretching and Resistance Band, $10.98. “A great exercise band is a MUST,” she writes. “This one is good for stretching, bicep curls, overhead presses, squats and lunges—moves that you can do anywhere.”
Another inexpensive piece of equipment Khloe loves for building and toning muscles is the Valeo Neoprene 5-Pound Hand Weight Set, $19.99, which you can add to your bicep and tricep moves.
