Donnie Wahlberg (born Donald “Donnie” Edmond Wahlberg, Jr. in Dorchester, Massachusetts, on August 17 1969) is an American singer, actor and film producer. He is a member of the popular 1980s and 1990s boy band New Kids on the Block. He is also an actor and currently stars in hit show Blue Bloods. He has had featured roles in the Saw films, and he also appeared in the award-winning World War II miniseries Band of Brothers.
Donnie, along with Jordan Knight, Jonathan Knight, Joey McIntyre and Danny Wood are all member of New Kids on the Block, a band which rose to fame in the 1990’s. The group was on tour with the Backstreet Boys in 2011–2012 as NKOTBSB. On Jan. 22 2013, NKOTB announced that they were going on tour with Boyz II Men and 98 Degrees as part of the Package Tour, which will kick off on May 31 2013.
The group is set to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2013.

Donnie is the brother of rapper and actor Mark Wahlberg. Donnie married Kim Fey in 1999, and they have two kids: Xavier Alexander Wahlberg (born 1993) and Elijah Hendrix Wahlberg (born 2001). They divorced in 2008, citing “irreconcilable differences”. Donnie began dating The View co-host Jenny McCarthy in July 2013 after meeting in March earlier that year. The couple announced their engagement on The View on April 16, 2014.
