There is no way that ‘Walking Dead’ fans will ever get over what just went down on the season six finale. So, how are they handling that HORRIFIC ending? Um, not well.
Uh oh. The Walking Dead fans are really angry about the way the season six finale ended, and they are letting the world know with endless tweets. Just wait until you see how much shade they are throwing over that crazy cliffhanger!
SPOILERS AHEAD! On Sunday night, April 3, The Walking Dead ended on a massive cliffhanger after a lot of build up to a killer ending (pun intended), the fans were pretty upset about being left in the dust with a cliffhanger. Although Negan does, in fact, arrive… and he does, in fact, kill someone very important… we don’t know who it is.
And, unfortunately, we won’t find out who it was until the season seven premiere in the fall of 2016. Ugh. Rewatch Negan’s Epic Scene Here.
On Talking Dead after the finale creator Robert Kirkman said, “As a fan, I love cliffhangers. I love that tension.” He further explained that he thinks the “cliffhanger isn’t the story” of the finale. Instead, he said that the story is about “tearing Rick Grimes down.”
Hmm. He might be onto something with that, but unfortunately the fans aren’t ready to hear it. Instead, they have decided to air their frustrations over not knowing who they lost on social media. Check out the tweets below:

The No.1 show on TV doesn't need gimmicks to get people to tune in next season. That's what's frustrating. #TWDFinale

They build Negan up for a whole fucking season and then end on a cliffhanger?! That is stupid beyond stupid. #TWDFinale

#TWDFinale so many friends gave up on this show a few seasons ago, now I see why. It should be about the story, not the ratings.

#TWDFinale the one show I always watch live. For what? Think this was a sign to say goodbye to TWD. 😠
