Bio: Selma Blair (born Selma Blair Beitner on June 23, 1972 in Southfield, Michigan) is an American actress. She began her career in 1995 on the Nickelodeon series The Adventures Of Pete & Pete, and scored her first leading movie role in 1997’s Strong Island Boys. Selma’s breakout role was in 1999’s Cruel Intentions, alongside Sarah Michelle Gellar, Ryan Phillippeand Reese Witherspoon. She teamed up with Reese again in Legally Blonde in 2001, and has also starred in well-known films like The Sweetest Thing and Hellboy. After years of movie roles, she made a return to television in 2012 for FX’s Anger Management, where she playedCharlie Sheen’s love interest for nearly two seasons. In 2015, she’ll portray Kris Jenner in FX’s series American Crime Story, based on O.J. Simpson’s murder case.

Selma married writer/producer Ahmet Zappa in January 2004, after just six months of dating. She filed for divorce in June 2006, and the paperwork was finalized by December of that year. From 2008-2010, she dated Mikey Day, whom she co-starred with in Kath and Kim. After the split, Selma began dating fashion designer Jason Bleick, and their son, Arthur, was born in July 2011. They separated in September 2012.
