Bio: Orlando Bloom (born Orlando Jonathan Blanchard  in Canterbury, Kent, England on January 13, 1977) is an English actor who has been acting since 1994 when he landed a role in the TV show, Casualty. However, he skyrocketed to fame in 1999, two days after graduating from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, when he landed the role of Legolas in The Lord of the Rings film trilogy. Since, he has starred in giant films including the Pirates of the Caribbean series, Troy and The Hobbit movies. In 2009, he became a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador.

Personal Life: Orlando Bloom dated Kate Bosworth from 2003 until September 2006, then began dating Victoria’s Secret model, Miranda Kerr shortly after. The two married in July 2010. In January 2011, the couple welcomed their first son, Flynn Christopher Blanchard Copeland Bloom. Unfortunately they announced in October 2013 that they were separating. Orlando has since been romantically connected to both Selena Gomez and Nina Dobrev. He started dating Katy Perry at the beginning of 2016, but by March 2017, they confirmed they had broken up. Rumors that the two had gotten back together began later that year, and Katy confirmed the news in an interview in March 2018. Orlando and Katy got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2019.
