Kevin Hart (born Kevin Darnell Hart in Philadelphia, PA on July 6, 1979) is an actor and comedian. Kevin began his career by winning several amateur comedy competitions, culminating in his first real break in 2000 when he was cast by Judd Apatow for a recurring role on the TV series Undeclared. The series lasted only one season, but he soon landed other roles in movies like Paper Soldiers, Scary Movie 3, Along Came Polly and Soul Plane. He then released his first stand-up album I’m a Grown Little Man in 2008. This was followed by Seriously Funny in 2010, Laugh at My Pain in 2011, Let Me Explain, in 2013, and What Now? in 2016. He starred as himself in Real Husbands of Hollywood in 2013, which he co-created with Chris Spencer, and then moved onto more film roles, including Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie and Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungl e.On Dec. 4, 2018 Kevin was selected to host the 91st Oscars telecast but withdrew his name after the Academy asked him to apologize for a series of nearly decade old homophobic tweets. He claimed in a tweet that he did not want to be a “distraction” for the show.

Kevin Hart married Torrei Hart on May 22, 2003, and they had two children, Heaven Leigh and Hendrix. In February 2010, the couple filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. Kevin requested joint custody, looking to prevent Torrei from receiving money in the divorce, due to the fact that she is a comedian herself with sufficient income to support herself. He married the woman he allegedly cheated with, Eniko Parrish, in 2009 and revealed that she was pregnant with his child in May 2017. On July 19, 2017, while she was still pregnant, cameras caught the comedian getting cozy with another woman in the back of a car in Miami. He denied that there was any cheating. On Tuesday, November 21, Eniko gave birth to the couple’s first child, Kenzo Kash Hart. A month later, Kevin publicly admitted to cheating on his pregnant wife.
