The stars shined bright throughout the night as they mixed and mingled at TIME‘s 100 Gala at Lincoln Center in New York City on April 23. The magazine’s elegant cocktail party celebrated the top 100 influential people in the world, ranging from Hollywood stars to CEOs. Among the stars honored were the talented Lena Dunham and the beautiful Christina Aguilera. Amy Poehler and Olivia Munn looked absolutely gorgeous — who had the best beauty look?

The ladies joined in the cocktail celebration to help celebrate the accomplishments of some of the greatest people in the world. Even though these four ladies looked fabulous at the celebration, only one leading lady can take the beauty title for the night. Who do you think had the best look?

‘TIME’ 100 Gala Beauty — Lena’s Sweet Hair & Makeup

The Girls creator and star keep it simple and sweet as she partied the night away in her gold, low-cut halter dress. She donned stunning ‘Premier Gem for Forevermark Diamond Stud Earrings’ that definitely sparkled in the spotlight. Lena’s short brown hair was styled with a cute side fringe to add just the perfect touch to her frame. The starlet kept her makeup very simple by highlighting her beautiful, brown eyes and adding a pretty pink lip.

Amy Poehler’s Stunning Beauty

Amy joined her girl pal Lena at the Gala to celebrate the extraordinary accomplishments she has achieved. The Parks and Recreation star looked stunning in her lace Tadashi Shoji dress with her matching peep-toe heels. Amy’s hair and makeup was fabulous as she rocked her short and wavy bob along with a a pink lip that complimented her blue eyes.

Christina Aguilera’s Sexy & Sophisticated Style

The beautiful Christina Aguilera rocked her sexy, new figure in a long and elegant black dress. The former Voice coach gave the Gala guests one heck of a show as she performed at the party along with R&B singer Miguel. Christina sported a sophisticated makeup look with fierce lashes and a bold, red lip.

Olivia Munn’s Flawless Skin

Olivia Munn always looks stunning wherever she goes. Her radiant skin was so beautiful next to her yellow Michael Kors dress. The actress tucked her sleek and straight black hair behind her ears to show of her flawless skin to the cameras. Olivia sported a very natural makeup look with a nude lip and a thick, defined brow.

So many of our favorite leading ladies from both the screen and stage stepped out for the 2013 People’s Choice Awards in LA on Jan. 9 — and it looks like winter white was a major theme! So many stars looked stunning in the neutral shade, and I love the way each celeb gave the look their own signature spin.

For starters, there was Taylor Swift — and with the plunging neckline on her Ralph Lauren gown you couldn’t miss her! All eyes were on the singing star when she walked down the red carpet, proving that looking good really is the best revenge following her split with One Direction member Harry Styles. The star, who often loves embellished dresses and anything metallic, kept it classic, simple and chic — it was a winning combination! While Taylor definitely was the most show-stopping, she wasn’t the only star who stood out in the shade.

Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo also stood out in the shade when she took to the stage in a lovely Lanvin gown. The actress added a black leather belt from the fashion house to her ensemble, accentuating her waist in the draped dress.

At first glance I thought Morena Baccarin, (who plays Jess on Homeland), was wearing a dress, but she actually wowed in a white strapless Donna Karan Atelier jumpsuit. A Swarovski clutch and Norman Silverman earrings finished off her simple yet chic ensemble.

Last but not least, Olivia Munn also wowed in white. The petite star wore a dress that featured black lace detailing — it was feminine, stylish and chic!

I loved seeing white on the red carpet last night, and these stylish stars all pulled it off effortlessly, but which white look did you like best?

The 2013 People’s Choice Awards kicked off on a high note, with nods to Twilight and Psy, but we started laughing hysterically when Taylor Swift won her award! Presenter Olivia Munn joked that it was so awkward that Taylor had won and pretended to keep her award from her! Taylor out-Kanyed her by joking, “This always happens to me…God!”

In her speech, Taylor said:

“I wanna thank the fans because this is a fan voted award and I absolutely love you with all of my heart. I wanna thank radio and I wanna thank the fans for calling radio and being like, ‘Play her music’ — thank you for doing that. You guys have blown my mind with what you’ve done for this album Red and I just wanna thank you for caring about my music and for caring about me. Thank you so much you guys, I love you.”

Wishing She Was There With Harry Styles?

Taylor choked up a little during the “caring about me” part — do you think she was thinking about her break up with Harry Styles?

It was a little awkward as she left the stage, because they started playing One Direction‘s “Live While We’re Young” — oops!

Adam Levine Gets Jealous Of Taylor’s Speech

Taylor’s speech was so good, she even got a nod from the next winner — Adam Levine from Maroon 5! He said:

“God Taylor Swift was super charming and I’m trying to think of something to say and it’s not happening. She said, ‘This always happens.’ That’s genius, by the way. Dammit. Damn you Swift!”

The Britannia Awards are BAFTA Los Angeles’ highest accolade, a celebration of achievements honoring individuals and companies that have dedicated their careers to advancing the entertainment arts. For the first time ever, The Britannia Awards will be broadcast on BBC AMERICA, November 11, 2012 at 8pm ET as a two-hour special, preceded by The Britannia Awards Red Carpet Special at 7:30pm ET. The star-studded gala, hosted by Alan Cumming, honored multi-Academy and BAFTA Award-winning actor Daniel Day-Lewis who received the Stanley Kubrick Britannia Award for Excellence in Film presented to him by Steven Spielberg, acclaimed actor Daniel Craig who received the Britannia Award for British Artist of the Year presented to him by Harrison Ford, Academy and BAFTA Award-winning director Quentin Tarantino who received the John Schlesinger Britannia Award for Excellence in Directing presented to him by Roger Corman, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, Emmy Award-winning co-creators of South Park and Tony Award-winning co-creators of The Book of Mormon who received the Charlie Chaplin Britannia Award for Excellence in Comedy presented to them by Josh Gad, and video game designer Will Wright who received the Albert R. Broccoli Britannia Award for Worldwide Contribution to Entertainment presented to him by Olivia Munn.

The evening’s gala dinner also included a special performance by “American Idol’s” Jessica Sanchez.

Proceeds from the gala ceremony support BAFTA Los Angeles’ on-going education, scholarship, community outreach and archival projects.
