Seth Rogen (born in Vancouver, British Columbia on April 15, 1982) is a Canadian actor, comedian and screenwriter. Seth’s role model was Judd Apatow, who gave him his first acting role in the 1980s show Freaks & Geeks. He did many small roles in Apatow’s films, and his took on his first large role in Apatow’s The 40-Year-Old Virgin, which he co-produced. Seth has gone on to star in various comedies including Superbad, Pineapple Express, Knocked Up and Funny People. He has also took on voice work in Kung Fu Panda, Horton Hears a Who, Monsters vs. Aliens and Paul.
