Plus, the mystery surrounding Hayley’s unborn child gets even more complicated!
The Oct. 22 episode of The Originals finally answered the age-old question: “What’s up with that little girl in the attic?” I enjoyed getting to know Davina (Danielle Campbell), as well as her love of fiddles — and the boys who play them. Of course, it was her showdown with Klaus (Joseph Morgan) that revealed what she’s really capable of, and now I love her more than ever.
Plus, what happens to Cami that sets her relationship with Klaus in a ‘whole different trajectory?’ Leah gives HollywoodLife.com a peek into the future of The CW smash.
Cami may be the token human on The Originals, but that doesn’t make her a pushover. In fact, Leah Pipes tells HollywoodLife.com that after the show’s Oct. 22 episode, fans will look at her character very differently. “We learn about a tragedy in her past, and we learn that’s a fighter,” Leah teases. “She doesn’t feel sorry for herself; she wants problems to be solved and questions to be answered.”
Now that we know Stefan has destiny on his side, which brother will win Elena’s heart? Browse pics of both couplings and cast your vote!
The Vampire Diaries‘ Oct. 17 episode didn’t just expand the series’ mythology; it totally changed the dynamic of the show, propelling it from a simple vampire drama to a full-blown epic vampire love story. Learning that fate is working to reunite Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Stefan (Paul Wesley), and that Damon (Ian Somerhalder) is literally fighting everyone’s collective destiny by being with her, was a brilliant twist for this show. The romantic stakes have never been higher, and I’ve never been more unsure of where Elena’s feelings truly lie. (I mean where they currently lie, of course, because that girl flip-flops more than the footwear of the same name.)
Plus, a mysterious — yet totally familiar — stranger is shaking things up in Mystic Falls!
Remember the good ol’ days, when Nina Dobrev only had to play TWO characters on The Vampire Diaries? As of the Oct. 17 episode, those days are long gone, thanks to the introduction of Amara. Of course, that was somehow the least shocking part of the episode, which featured a major revelation about Elena’s future with Damon (Ian Somerhalder) — or lack thereof — and a delightfully soapy twist for Stefan (Paul Wesley).
Ian Somerhalder speculated that ‘Delena’ might be calling it quits! Saddest interview ever.
Long-suffering fans of The Vampire Diaries are thrilled to finally see Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) functioning as a normal-ish couple, but according to Ian, we should probably enjoy ‘Delena’ while we can — because it “won’t last” much longer.
Klaus & Hayley’s bundle of hybrid joy is already in danger — and it’s not even born yet! Read on to find out why Joseph believes Klaus feels ‘threatened’ by his mini-me.
Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) got a disturbing message about her baby on the Oct. 15 episode of The Originals, and while we wait for her to figure out exactly what that message was — she spent quite a bit of time trying to translate it online, but to no avail — let’s see how the baby daddy feels about his impending bundle of joy, shall we?
Plus, Hayley gets a disturbing message about her and Klaus’ baby! Is something wrong?
If you’re not a Mikaelson, or carrying a Mikaelson baby, or inconveniently linked to the werewolf carrying a Mikaelson baby, you’re pretty much inconsequential in Klaus’ (Joseph Morgan) eyes. That’s the lesson we re-learned on the Oct. 15 episode of The Originals, as Klaus & Co. effortlessly sacrificed the lives of two star-crossed, supernatural lovers — all in the name of winning back Elijah (Daniel Gillies).
‘Tessa knows all,’ Janina tells us of her character, who first appears on ‘The Vampire Diaries’ this week.
Brace for impact, Vampire Diaries fans, because Mystic Falls is about to be hit with some huge bombshells. Janina Gavankar joins the series Oct. 18 as a mysterious woman named Tessa, and she tells HollywoodLife.com she “can’t believe” she gets to be the one to reveal so much about the Salvatores — including a “disturbing” message about Damon’s (Ian Somerhalder) future, and a few game-changing surprises about Stefan’s (Paul Wesley) past.
Happy Friday! Here’s a sneak peek at an upcoming romantic moment for ‘Delena’ on Halloween!
Last night’s episode of The Vampire Diaries may have included a few ominous moments about the future of Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Damon’s (Ian Somerhalder) relationship — you know, like when she went out of her way to promise that she’d still love him, even if they find Stefan (Paul Wesley) — but in this new picture from the show’s Oct. 31 episode, it looks like the couple is still going strong!
Plus, which of Mystic Falls’ finest died — albeit temporarily — this week? I really don’t remember college being this stressful.
“Every time I look at you, all I want to do is kill you.” It’s not every day you hear Elena (Nina Dobrev) saying that to Damon (Ian Somerhalder), but then again, it’s not every day that Silas (Paul Wesley) pays her a visit at school and gets inside her head. Sheesh, I thought Caroline (Candice Accola) was the roommate who wanted to major in drama!
Plus, a trip down memory lane reveals Marcel’s connection to the Mikaelsons — especially the pretty blond one. (No, the other pretty blond one.)
The Originals is shaping up to be TV’s craziest game of chess, and every piece is sexy. Rebekah (Claire Holt) became the newest player on the Oct. 8 episode, as she arrived in New Orleans with one goal in mind: Find Elijah (Daniel Gillies). And hey, isn’t that really all of our goals?
Plus, just how bad are things going to get between Marcel and the Original family? (Spoiler alert: We’re in for a ‘bumpy’ ride.)
The battle for New Orleans rages on Oct. 8, as The Originals switches to its new night and time, and Charles Michael Davis tells HollywoodLife.com that tensions will grow between Marcel and his former mentor Klaus (Joseph Morgan). We’ll see a young Marcel, via flashbacks, which will reveal “more of Marcel’s relationship with Klaus and the other Originals.”

Now that The Vampire Diaries season five is finally upon us, we have a better idea of what we can expect in season five. More importantly, we also know exactly what we want to see happen in the coming weeks, from a major doppelganger face-off to loose ends getting tied up in New Orleans.
Plus, Elena and Caroline battled the freshman 15 on ‘The Vampire Diaries’ season premiere — and by that, I mean it took about 15 minutes for someone to die! I miss college.
The Vampire Diaries made its long-awaited return Oct. 3, and after the first hour, it’s clear the fifth season is going to be one of adjustments. Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Caroline (Candice Accola) are adjusting to college life, Damon (Ian Somerhalder) is adjusting to living apart from his girlfriend, Katherine is adjusting to her humanity, Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) is adjusting to life among the living and Bonnie (Kat Graham) is adjusting to life among the dead.
So much for their happy ending! It sounds like Damon and Elena are about to be torn apart just as quickly as they came together.
Elena (Nina Dobrev) may have chosen Damon (Ian Somerhalder) on the fourth season finale of The Vampire Diaries, but according to The CW’s description of the Oct. 17 episode, her connection to Stefan (Paul Wesley) is far from broken. In fact, both doppelgangers — yes, Katherine, too — appear to have Stefan on the brain.
