Marilyn Manson

Bio:
Marilyn Manson (born Brian Hugh Warner in Canton, OH on January 5, 1969) is a rmusician and former music journalist. He is known for his controversial stage presence and image, with the name formed from juxtaposing the names of two American cultural icons, Marilyn Monroe and Charles Manson. He formed Marliyn Manson & the Spooky Kids in 1989, before later shortening the name. Their debut album, Portrait of an American Family, was released in 1994. Since then, they’ve released eight more. He made his film debut, as an actor, in David Lynch’s Lost Highway in 1997. In 1999, he began creating art as a watercolor painter.

Personal Life:
Marliyn was engaged to Rose McGowan from February 1999 to January 19, 2001, when she ended the union over “lifestyle differences”. He began dating Dita Von Teese that same year, before proposing to her on March 22, 2004. They were married on November 28, 2005. Dita filed for divorce on December 30, 2006, citing “irreconcilable differences”. He began dating Evan Rachel Wood, who it is believed he cheated on Dita with, in 2007. He proposed to her in January of 2010, but ended the engagement later than year. He’s recently been linked to photographer Lindsay Usich.

During a Feb. 6, 2013 concert in Saskatoon, Canada, he collapsed on stage mid-song and had to be rushed off stage. It is suspected he was ill from the flu, as some attendees mentioned seeing the singer vomit.
