Collin Gosselin (born on May 10, 2004 in Derry Township, PA) is one of Jon and Kate Gosselin’s sextuplets. He and his 7 brothers and sisters’ upbringing were chronicled first on Jon & Kate Plus 8 and then on Kate Plus 8, after his parents divorced. On Aug. 24, 2016, Kate revealed that Collin has special needs, and she was forced to send him to a facility to treat him.
