Chloë Grace Moretz may look cute on the surface, but all it takes is a bucket of pig’s blood to turn her into a full-on monster! The first official trailer for Chloë’s remake of the 1976 horror classic Carrie has finally hit the web, and as far as updates go, this already looks like a must-see. Not only are we pumped to watch Carrie give her personal mean girls what’s coming to them, but Julianne Moore gives us the chills as Carrie’s wicked mother.

Julianne Moore, 51, is the latest talented beauty to be named Global Brand Ambassador for L’Oréal Paris. She is specifically set to represent a new 2013 skincare launch, Cellular Renaissance.

Julianne is already a fan of L’Oréal, so she makes a great fit for her newest role! She told  WWD ”I’m an actual user of the brand and it’s hard not to be. Every modern woman shops everywhere for beauty, but for me it’s mostly the airport or the drugstore. It’s nice to be promoting something that is accessible to everyone.”

Her emphasis on skincare started at an early age, where she was conscious of putting on sunscreen on her delicate skin before heading outside. She credits her Scottish heritage, fair skin and mother’s insistence on proper care for a lifetime of healthy skincare!

Julianne is joining the extensive L’Oréal family which includes Gwen Stefani, Beyoncé and Lea Michele. We’re looking forward to seeing her gorgeous ads!

After the Oct. 2 episode of Dancing With the Stars: All Stars, Bristol Palin opened up to HollywoodLife.com and had some choice words regarding Julianne Moore’s Emmy win for portraying Sarah Palin in HBO’s Game Change. Hint: Bristol is not a fan.

“I don’t think she is a good interpreter of my Mom, I think my Mom is way hotter then that, she doesn’t have that accent and it’s all kind of silly… My Mom’s awesome,” Bristol told HollywoodLife.com exclusively.

“I feel so validated because Sarah Palin gave me a big thumbs down,” Julianne told the audience as she accepted her Emmy win on Sept. 23. Apparently, her daughter gives Julianne a big thumbs down as well.

Sarah once deemed Game Change as unimportant saying, ”[my] family has the right priorities and knows what really matters,” in an email to ABC News, according to the Chicago Tribune. “For instance, our son called from Afghanistan yesterday and he sounded good and that’s what matters,” Sarah added. “Being in the good graces of Hollywood’s ‘Team Obama’ isn’t top of my list.”

Bristol is currently vying for the mirror ball trophy on the “All Stars” edition of Dancing With the Stars.

We never thought anyone could beat Tina Fey in a Sarah Palin-impersonation contest, but she suddenly has a lot of competition in Julianne Moore.

Julianne plays Sarah in the HBO movie Game Change, which follows the former governor of Alaska on her rise as John McCain‘s running mate in the 2008 presidential election.

Jeff Bridges, Julianne Moore, and the rest of ‘The Big Lebowski’ cast reunite for a special Q&A at the annual Lebowski Fest to promote the film’s release on Blu-Ray!

There was nothing to ‘mark zero’ at last night’s annual Lebowski Fest at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.  A tradition that started as a bowling party and film screening by two avid fans from Louisville, KY in 2002, Lebowski Fest has grown as an international event.  To commemorate the release of the film for its first time on Blu-Ray, fans dressed as The Dude, Walter, Maude, Donnie, Jesus, the cableguy, and even a Creedence mix-tape to come out and witness this monumental reunion!

The evening’s introductions were given by the founders of Lebowski Fest — who came all the way from Louisville — dressed as bowling pins.  The duo brought out the moderator for the Q&A, senior writer for Entertainment Weekly and self-acclaimed ‘achiever,’ Clark Collis.  Collis introduced the cast of the cult film on stage, starting with music archivist T Bone Burnett, followed by John Turturro, Julianne Moore, John Goodman, Steve Buscemi, and ‘his dudeness,’ Jeff Bridges.

Amidst the audience yelling at Steve Buscemi that he’s ‘way out of his element,’ screaming ‘the dude abides’ at Jeff Bridges, and of course blatantly shouting ‘coitus’ at Julianne Moore, the cast discussed their favorite moments on set, taking home mementos from the film (does Jeff Bridges really need three bowling pin hats?), as well as the legacy that the film has gained over the past decade.

The Big Lebowski Limited Edition Blu-Ray contains features that every fan needs to see!  It includes a photo book comprised and taken by Jeff Bridges himself, cast commentary about the characters, making-of the flying carpet and dream sequences, a cast discussion of where ‘The Dude’ is now, and much, much more!

I don’t know if I can truly express my love for this movie in five reasons, but I am going to give it my best shot!

• You will leave the theater with a six pack from laughing so hard! The humor is so witty and constant throughout that it really does carry the story. Steve Carell uses his typical dry behavior, combining it with his clueless attitude from The Office to make the perfect middle aged man going through a serious mid-life crises.

• If you are a hopeless romantic like me than this is the movie for you, because this story is ALL about love! The young son loves his babysitter. The babysitter loves the boy’s father (Steve). Emma Stone loves her lame boyfriend, and Steve loves his wife (Julianne Moore), who has no idea whom she loves! Each character tells their version of what love means at the point in their lives.

• Analeigh Tipton and Jonah Bobo carried the film! Analeigh, who plays the teen babysitter, and Jonah, who plays Steve’s son, need to be given total props for playing lovestruck kids perfectly. Analeigh, a finalist on Cycle 11 of America’s Next Top Model, proves she can definitely do more than just stand in front of a camera and Jonah is just as great as the young kid who sometimes has more of a clue than his father.

• Ryan Gosling looks hotter than ever as the super suave ladies’ man! Watching him turn from a conceited and douchey dude to a head-over-heels in love man may be one of the cutest things I have ever seen. Why won’t he just fall in love with me?!

• It has one of the best movie fight scenes between Kevin Bacon, Ryan, Steve and a seriously pissed off dad!

• Choose the right mascara for the look you’re going for. If you want length, pick a lengthening mascara. If you want volume, go for a volumizing formula. If you want both, apply two coats — one of each! A big, thick bristled wand will give you volume while a small bristled wand will give you more length.

• Once you’ve chosen your mascara, you need to apply! Start at the base of the lashes and wiggle the brush up through the lashes all the way to the tip. Take the pointed end of the wand and get any small stray lashes that your once-over couldn’t catch.

Staunch Democrat Julianne will surely portray Sarah as the villain!

Most women would be flattered to be played onscreen by Julianne Moore, but Sarah Palin is dreading the experience!

Sarah, 47, spoke about the portrayal on Fox News, saying, ”I think I’ll just grit my teeth and bear whatever comes what may with that movie.”

This is not the first time Sarah has been portrayed onscreen, and everyone from Tina Fey to Kathy Griffin to Gina Gershon has approached the job with a varying sense of parody.

Sarah herself responded to that with a little joke herself, saying, “Well, I am all about job creation, and I guess I could provide some of these gals who pretend like they’re me some job security. I would ask, though, that — if they’re of the mind of spreading the wealth around — that perhaps they want to spring for one of my kid’s braces or something as they capitalize on pretending to be me.”

The Tea Party queen may have to take cover, given that Julianne, 50, probably will not portray her in a positive light. The HBO Films production of Game Change is based on a book that puts Sarah to task, and Julianne donated thousands of dollars in 2008 to ensure Barack Obama was elected.

Sarah better watch her back because we’re sure Julianne will be scathing and the movie will be HUGE!
