Jim Carrey (born James Eugene Carrey in Ontario, Canada on January 17, 1962) is one of the most famous comedic actors in the U.S. He is a two-time Golden Globe winner.

Best Known For:
Jim is best known for his roles in the classic comedies Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, The Mask and Dumb & Dumber. He’s also been in Batman Forever, Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls, The Cable Guy, Liar Liar, The Truman Show, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Yes Man, Bruce Almighty and the upcoming Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues as well as Dumb and Dumber To.

Personal Life:
Jim has had several high-profile romances. He was married to Melissa Womer and Lauren Holly. He dated January Jones, Renee Zellweger and Jenny McCarthy. Jim has a daughter, Jane Erin Carrey, from his first marriage. Jane has a son, which makes Jim a grandfather. Sadly at the end of Sept. 2015 Jim’s girlfriend at the time, Cathriona White, was found dead of an apparent suicide in her Los Angeles, Calif. home. It was rumored that Jim and Cat had broken up just a few days before her body was discovered.
