Matt LeBlanc may be best known for his role as Joey on Friends, but he is hysterical playing a parody of himself on Episodes. The new season starts tonight, and HollywoodLife.com has a sneak peek at all the laughs!

Matt, 44, stars as ‘Matt LeBlanc’, a vain, womanizing version of himself. Coupled with married British writers Sean (Stephen Mangan) and Beverly Lincoln (Tamsin Greig), the fictitious Matt is continuing to relaunch his career with the poorly-written show Pucks.

But there is plenty of tension, considering the marriage of Sean and Beverly was rocked by her affair with Matt! Will this love triangle derail Pucks for good? Watch to find out!

Get excited, HollywoodLifers! If Matthew Perry gets his way, we’ll be seeing a full-fledged Friends reunion on his new show, Mr. Sunshine!

Matthew Perry is best known for his role of Chandler Bing on the iconic show, Friends, and it sounds like the 41-year-old actor might be longing for the good ole days with his buddies Rachel, Ross, Monica and the rest of the gang!

“I want it to start out, sort of build without asking that favor of those guys, but if we’re lucky enough to keep it going then, yeah,” Matthew told HollywoodLife.com exclusively about the possibility of a Friends reunion on his new comedy, Mr. Sunshine, at The Lili Claire Garden Party in Brentwood Oct. 3.

However, when we asked Matthew which friend out of Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer and Lisa Kudrow would be the first to make an appearance, he acted like Meryl Streep in Sophie’s Choice!

“I couldn’t!” he said. “C’mon I cant pick out of those five. I would want them to all be there at the same time.”

Mr. Sunshine centers around a popular California sports arena and premieres in early 2011 on ABC — we don’t know how the Friends will all fit into one storyline, but we do know that episode would be EPIC.

The former Friends star has spent the four years since his show Joey went off the air doing the thing he loves best — being a good dad!

While all of Matt LeBlanc’s co-stars from Friends seem to have found some level of success since the show went off the air (be it in movies — Jennifer Aniston; TV — Courteney Cox, Matthew Perry and Lisa Kudrow; or theater —David Schwimmer), the man known eternally as Joey Tribbiani has kept a low profile. But there’s a good reason for that — he’s been spending quality time with his 6-year-old daughter, Marina (with ex-wife Melissa McKnight).

“When Joey ended, I took a lot of time off… I just really was kind of burned out,” the 43-year-old actor told the audience at the Television Critics Association press tour presentation for his new TV show, Episodes. “I just wanted to be a dad. We have a great bond, and it’s the best thing in my life.”

But no longer the only thing. The new show, in which Matt will conveniently play an actor named Matt LeBlanc, was co-created Friends executive producer and co-creator David Crane, and examines the relationships between actors and producers. “He’s a character that happens to have the same name as me,” said Matt during a panel discussion. “There are some similarities, but, for the most part, it’s fictitious.”

He also didn’t rule out a mini-Friends reunion on the show, but either way, we’ll be watching. Welcome back, Matt!

In a preview clip for the show, Matt is asked by casting agents to state his name in front of a video camera and recite some lines, but is told that he needs to be “more Matt.”

Hey, if we had played the dumb but lovable Joey Tribianni for 10 years onscreen, we might have problems remembering who we were, too!

It’s been nearly six years since we’ve watched Rachel, Ross and the gang dish about love and life at Central Perk, but even though they’re not all huddled in one New York City coffee shop/apartment building, you can still catch these ‘Friends’ on the big screen, small screen and every media outlet in between. After a long illustrious career that began in the ’80s with a Bruce Springsteen video, Courteney Cox is finally getting her time in the sun. Happily married to David Arquette and mother to 5-year-old Coco, Courteney (Monica Geller), 45, has won heaps of praise—and a Golden Globe nod—for her role as a sassy cougar on ABC’s TV comedy Cougar Town and is currently creating Scream 4 with her hubby. (You could also call her “Most Business Savvy.”)

46-year-old Lisa Kudrow, who played the earnest and hysterical Phoebe Buffay, still has us in stitches every time we see her on a show. Most recently, the snarky blond—mother to 10-year-old Julian Murray—played pal Courteney Cox’s evil dermatologist on Cougar Town. Lisa’s latest role on the silver screen, the comedy Easy A, co-starring Amanda Bynes and Twilight‘s Cam Gigandet, will premiere March 19.

We probably could have deemed Lisa “Most Normal” as well—she’s been married to French advertising executive Michael Stern since 1995.

Most Likely To Make A Comeback:

Since his Friends spin-off, Joey, was cancelled in 2006, Matt LeBlanc has been really flying under the radar. The family man has been focusing on playing dad to his five-year-old daughter Marina; he divorced Marina’s mom, Melissa McKnight in 2006. Matt, 42, is making his grand return to the small screen with his new Showtime comedy, Episodes, which starts production in the spring.

Most Likely To Be A Big Kid Forever:

Mathew Perry, 40, played lovable Chandler Bing, whose sense of humor seemed to be no less evolved than a good episode of Beavis & Butthead. But Chandler—unlike Matthew—finally settled down and married Monica Gellar. Matt himself is still a swinging single after a failed relationship with Gilmore Girls actress Lauren Graham. The last we saw of Matthew since Friends: Playing a grown-up Zac Efron in 17 Again. Now, just like fellow ‘friend’ Matt LeBlanc, Matthew was supposed to star in his own Showtime series but instead has moved to ABC, where he’ll star in Mr. Sunshine about—wait for it—an immature 40-year-old man. Don’t you love when art imitates life?

Most Likely To Watch Cartoons:

David Schwimmer, who played the lovable Ross Gellar, surprised us the most with his career path. Since wrapping up his Friends role, David, 43, has focused his attention on directing (Run Fatboy, Run) and performing in theater. Another shocker? Hearing his voice as Melman the giraffe in the oh-so-enjoyable animated Madagascar flicks.

David’s love life hasn’t been nearly as immature—He’s been in a serious relationship with British photographer, Zoe Bruckman, since 2007.
