While Justin Bieber may come and go out of Selena Gomez’s life, her friends are her constants. Selena, 20, was spotted with Francia Raisa, star of The Secret Life of the American Teenager, and another unidentified friend as they engaged in some retail therapy in Beverly Hills on Jan. 24.

Selena, 20, wore a pair of sunglasses, and looked cheery as she conversed with the girls. Could they be talking about her very public split with Justin?

Later that night, Selena and Francia dined together at Mr. Chow, where Selena wore the same boots from earlier in the day.

Selena looked cool in a grey beanie hat, oversized wayfarer shades, a skeleton jumper, black jeans and lace up boots.

While Selena may have good reasons to part ways with Justin (Barbara Palvin and Milyn “Mimi” Jenson, to name a few), the Biebs is sick of everyone judging him! He swears that he’s a “good guy.”

Justin, 18, tweeted recently, “Some of the rumors about me are just so ridiculous u gotta laugh. People are creative. Kinda over it. I’m a good guy. That’s all.” 

It appears as though Justin is feeling stressed over the recent allegations of infidelity.

All we know is that if Justin doesn’t clean up his image quick, he may lose Selena forever. She looks happy, don’t you think?

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez may be working on their relationship, but their break up was the “healthiest” that actress Francia Raisa has “ever seen” in her life.

“She’s great. They’re both adults about the situation and they’re still friends,” Francia, star of The Secret Life of the American Teenager, tells Wetpaint. “It’s probably the healthiest breakup I’ve ever seen in my life and I wish I was that mature when I was her age.”

They obviously had a healthy breakup – they’re still hanging out! They’re handling their makeup/breakup really well!

If Justin, 18, and Selena, 20, don’t get back together, the former Disney star won’t have trouble finding another man.

“I love her to death. She’s my sister and she is one of the sweetest girls I know,” Francia continued. “She is so caring and so loving and so nurturing. She’s awesome. I don’t know where she came from.”

Just when I thought The Secret Life of the American Teenager couldn’t get any more sexified, this summer’s batch of drama brought even more scandals — teen marriage and lesbian experimentation, to name a few — and Francia Raisa‘s Adrian has her sassy, well-manicured hand in all of it. HollywoodLife.com chatted with the Teen Choice and Imagen Award nominee for the scoop on what else fans can expect in season five, including whether Adrian will try to steal Ricky (Daren Kagasoff) away from Amy (Shailene Woodley).

Congratulations on your nominations! How are you feeling?

I’m excited! It’s my first [Teen Choice] nomination, and it’s for Choice Scene Stealer. It’s four days before my birthday and, you know, a surfboard would be a pretty good gift. [Click here to sign in and vote for Fransia!]

‘Scene stealer’ is the perfect way to describe Adrian.

Thank you, I agree.

Except maybe ‘boyfriend stealer.’

Either one works. I think I would unanimously win that one. Hands down.

I still can’t believe season five started the week after season four ended. When are you guys not working?

We literally have our vacation during the holiday, and that’s it. From February to November, we shoot. But I don’t mind it. I hate sitting on my butt. If I don’t work more than a day on an episode, I ask [creator Brenda Hampton] for more to do.

Onto season five, will we see Grace and Adrian rebuilding their rocky friendship?

It’s only rocky because Grace freaked out. We were experimenting, like I’m sure a lot of people to do. But they’re friends, and at the end of the day, she’ll get over it. It’s not like Adrian did something malicious to her. She’s just a little freaked out. The friendship will always be there, though.

Any chance there will be more experimenting in the future?

I never know what’s going on. I’ll think a storyline is done, but then it’ll come back. I think the show catches me by surprise as much as it captures the fans by surprise. Sometimes I’ll get a script and go, ‘Wait, what?’ So hey, maybe Adrian will meet a girl some day, and say, ‘This is who I love!’

Hey, you never know. She has pretty much run out of guys in town.

The boyfriend she has now breaks up with her every five minutes. She doesn’t really want to be with him, but he’s there, so she’ll take what she can get.

Do you think she could still have feelings for Ricky, even though he’s married?

I love that she says she’s not, because I definitely think she is. You can’t really just get over your first love like that. Their relationship was so passionate that I think they’ll always have a special place in each other’s heart. That’s one of the reasons why Ricky said he can’t be friends with Adrian. He needed to push her away to have a relationship with Amy.

And how will their marriage change the dynamic of the group?

Even though they’re married, Ricky will still be a bad boy. And who knows, some random girl might come in and sweep him off his feet! You can’t live happily ever after on this show. There will always be drama.

And most of it will end up on ‘The Soup.’ How do you feel about being on there so much?

Oh my gosh, I love it! I love it so much. I started TiVoing The Soup. I love that they make fun of us!

Looking ahead, how would you like to see Adrian change?

I have so much fun with everything she does, so I hope Adrian keeps doing things to make the show more interesting. I guess I’m supposed to say I hope she grows up and matures, but I have too much fun playing crazy.

On the April 2 episode of The Secret Life of the American Teenager, nearly everyone wound up in summer school. Some by choice; others… not so much.

Over at Ricky (Daren Kagasoff) and Amy’s (Shailene Woodley) apartment, Ricky couldn’t understand why Amy wanted to go to summer school. He thought Amy should be working to earn a little extra money and spending time with John. Amy tried to rationalize her decision, but the only thing she managed to convince me of is that she’s a whiner. Did anyone else feel like she was fighting simply for the sake of fighting?

Further putting a strain on their relationship was Ethan, who was starting school with Amy. Ricky warned Amy not to treat Ethan like a friend, but Amy didn’t listen to him, thinking all Ethan needed was love and trust. How wrong she was! Right after she stood up for him to Ricky, Ethan could be seen peering through the doorway, watching Ricky show Amy where he hid their money.

Meanwhile, after catching Ben (Ken Baumann) smoking pot with Dylan (Ana Lucasey), Mr. Boykevich forbade him from seeing her. He also decided to punish Ben by sending him to summer school. Ben knew his dad was only trying to get him to repair his friendship with Henry, who was also going to summer school, but Ben — still upset over Henry’s betrayal — wanted nothing to do with him.

A little later, Ben managed to show himself up in the stupidity department when he forgot to both turn the ringer off on his secret cell phone and lock his door (again!), all but inviting his dad to find out he was still speaking to Dylan. His punishment? His dad hired a chauffeur/babysitter/bodyguard to make sure he stayed away from Dylan, whose own parents had forbidden her from seeing Ben, thinking he’s a drug addict. “He’s skinny as a rail,” her mother reasoned. Now there’s sound logic.

Elsewhere, Grace (Megan Park) skipped her first day of MedCamp and surprised Adrian (Francia Raisa) by telling her she’s moving in with her and going to summer school. After Grace didn’t show up to MedCamp, all hundred of her love interests (both past and present) went out looking for her. But Grace didn’t need them to help her realize she had made a mistake. She regretted her decision as soon as she realized Adrian, who’d fallen hard for Omar, was breaking their no-boyfriends rule. Unfortunately for Grace, she got kicked out of MedCamp for lying about where she’d been.

At summer school, everyone was turning on everyone. Literally, no one was safe. Lauren (Camille Winbush) targeted Madison, Alice railed on Adrian — heck, even Ben took a swipe at Amy. At one point, Madison went so far as to call John a mistake! If every class is going to be even half as awkward as their first, then these kids are in for a rough summer!

That same day, Ethan got caught stealing condoms, believing he had a shot with Madison (Renee Olstead), and got suspended. Realizing she had made a mistake, Amy apologized to Ricky. She even managed make it up to him by hiding their stash of money before Ethan could get his hands on it!

Later that night, Ben admitted to his father he got the pot from Dylan’s friends. He defended his decision to lie, explaining how much he cares about her.

Finally, Jack (Greg Finley II) showed up at Adrian’s, where he professed his love for Grace and asked her to give their relationship another chance. Grace rejected his advances, explaining she needs to keep her promise to her mother and focus on school.

1. Bristol Palin, daughter of former Alaskan governor Sarah Palin, has been a tabloid cover girl and a primetime actress, and now she’s also a contestant on Dancing with the Stars. But with baby Tripp at home and ex-fiancé Levi Johnston running amuck in their home state, doesn’t she have more important things to do? Or at least go to college?
2. No one over the age of 15 paid attention to Zoey 101 star Jamie Lynn Spears – until she got pregnant with baby Maddie. The 16-year-old and once-fiancé Casey Aldridge dominated the tabloids for months.
3. Amy Juergens (Shailene Woodley), the first girl to get pregnant on ABC Family’s The Secret Life of the American Teenager is always a drama queen. She’s rarely, if ever, rational. She loves her son John, but she complains a lot about how hard her life is.
4. Adrian Lee (Francia Raisa) is The Secret Life‘s resident skank, and now she’s totally knocked up! It kind of servers her right for Amy’s ex-boyfriend just to get even with someone else. An abortion plan was considered, but ultimately aborted.
5. Glee is about more than just singing and dancing. Season one was also about babies — specifically the one growing inside cheerleader Quinn (Dianna Agron.) To add to the drama, Quinn lied told Finn (Cory Monteith) he was the father, even though it was really Puck (Mark Salling.)
6. Before her bloodsucking days on The Vampire Diaries, Nina Dobrev was pushing out babies up north. As teen mom Mia Jones on the Canadian teen drama Degrassi: The Next Generation, she dropped out of high school (OK, for one episode) to pursue a full-time modeling career. Priorities!
7. Amber Portwood is outrageous on so many levels: She attacked fiancé Gary Shirley and mishandled baby Leah on Teen Mom‘s Sept. 28 episode – and was enough proof for authorities to launch a domestic violence investigation.
8. Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham acts bratty at times (OK, most of the time) but she does have it rough. Her baby daddy Derek is no longer alive, which makes everything twice as hard. She really seems to have Sophia‘s best interest at heart.
9. Maci Bookout seems like one of Teen Mom‘s more put-together girls — but she’s always fighting with baby daddy Ryan. He doesn’t like that Maci moved to Nashville with their son Bentley to be closer to her new boyfriend, Kyle.
10. Catelynn Lowell and boyfriend Tyler made the heart-wrenching decision to give up their daughter, Carly. On Teen Mom, When they’re not missing her, they’re dealing with drama caused by Catelynn’s alcoholic mom and Tyler’s rehab-bound dad.
11. And last, but so not least, is Wisteria Lane’s resident teen mom, Danielle Van de Kamp (Joy Lauren!) Bree’s troublemaker daughter got pregnant after sleeping with her friend Julie’s boyfriend. She gave baby Benjamin to her mom to raise, then came home up years later without warning to take him away. Skanky and heartless! We can’t wait to see what she comes up with next…
