The Vampire Diaries
Could Klaus and Caroline come face-to-face again in the near future? Julie Plec teases that Caroline’s new shoutout to Klaus was ‘definitely a hint’ about more crossovers!
Klaroline’s not over yet! After Caroline’s not-so subtle shoutout to Klaus on the May 6 episode of The Vampire Diaries, more Klaroline moments could be on the way. In an all-new interview, EP Julie Plec breaks down what it all means and the possibility of more crossovers!
Wait a minute, who is that? In the trailer for ‘The Vampire Diaries’ season seven finale, Damon utters a name that gives us a little ping of hope/wondering/confusion for the return of Elena Gilbert.
Could that be? Could Elena Gilbert really be the “evil” Damon and Enzo are looking for inside the vault? We’re not sure how that would be, but in the new promo for The Vampire Diaries finale, airing this Friday the 13th, it sure appears that way. Watch it here.
Damon may have ‘dialed H for Hero’ to reach Stefan, but he was no hero in Caroline’s eyes. (At least he still had the hero hair!)
Now that Bonnie Bennett (Kat Graham) has taken over Rayna’s role as a vampire hunter, all of her friends (and Damon) gathered to get into her head and snap her out of it — but instead it was more snapping necks. Well, figuratively.
The Gilberts will always be a family… and yes, ‘Vampire Diaries’ fans will agree with me. Elena and Jeremy reunited last weekend while at Coachella!
Elena Gilbert was always protective over her little bro, Jeremy — and now it looks like they’re partying together! Nina Dobrev ran into Steven R. McQueen while at weekend one of Coachella, and of course he snapped a photo. While neither are currently on The Vampire Dairies, we were pretty thrilled to see them back together as they were one of our favorite brother/sister duos ever.
Plus, everything changes for Stefan and Valerie — and Caroline?
Was Bonnie (Kat Graham) really so hurt by Damon’s (Ian Somerhalder) betrayal enough to land in the psych ward? Not so much — but she was in there. We quickly learn that over the past three years, the armory has been hunting her. But why?
Upfronts have officially begun, so we’re keeping a running list of all the main networks and their shows — we’ll be updating as cancelations or renewals get announced! Did your favorite land another season?
For TV fans, it all comes down to this. ABC, Fox, NBC, CBS and The CW have begun revealing what shows they’re bringing back — we see you, Supernatural (season 12!) — and what shows have met their not-so-happy fate (sorry, Blood & Oil). Here’s the full list, that we’ll keep updating all month long.
Brace yourselves, ‘Vampire Diaries’ fans. Ian Somerhalder just dropped two huge bombshells. Not only is he recanting his statement about the show ending after Season 8 (hooray!), but he also says he’s leaving the show (boo!). Find out all the details here!
Forget everything Ian Somerhalder said about The Vampire Diaries ending after Season 8. He just took to Twitter and backtracked what he said on Sunday, April 10, blaming his end date comment on having a “foggy brain.” So it looks like TVD may be sticking around for longer than we thought, but even so, Ian says Season 8 will be his “last year.”
Things may get pretty awkward on the set of ‘The Vampire Diaries,’ when Nina Dobrev reunites with her ex, Ian Somerhalder, next season. Ian said Season 8 will be the series’ last, and we learned Nina will return, so how does Ian’s wife, Nikki Reed feel about that? We have the scoop!
Nikki Reed was “relieved” when Nina Dobrev quit The Vampire Diaries in April 2015, but HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY learned she’ll return to the series before it wraps in the spring of 2017. Obviously, that may be an issue for Nikki, who’s now married to Nina’s ex and TVD co-star, Ian Somerhalder, so HollywoodLife.com did some digging and discovered how Nikki truly feels about Nina’s planned return.
‘The Vampire Diaries’ fans are thrilled that Nina Dobrev is returning for the final season, and we’ve learned that she and Iam Somerhalder are going to give everyone the finale that they want to see. Get the deets here!
Nina Dobrev, 27, and Ian Somerhalder, 37, are putting their differences aside to work together and give The Vampire Diaries an amazing farewell. HollywoodLife.com has heard EXCLUSIVELY why they’re willing to reconcile for the sake of the show — check it out!
The rumors are running wild about the end of ‘The Vampire Diaries,’ which has been on the air since 2009; so, will next year be its last?
“We have decided to do one last season to really do the story justice.” Those were Ian Somerhalder‘s words last Sunday at WalkerStalkerCon in Nashville, but are they really putting the
dagger wooden stake in the coffin? Here’s what Julie Plec has to say.
We knew that ‘The Vampire Diaries’ couldn’t end without Nina Dobrev — but how much Elena should you expect to see in the final season? Well, the answer may not be what you expect.
Nina Dobrev, 27, hasn’t been on The Vampire Diaries since the season six finale, but with Ian Somerhalder revealing the show is ending, and Kat Graham, admitting she’s out either way, Nina will “10,000 percent” be part of the finale. But is that all? While sources are telling us they have a lot of time to figure it out, there are some ideas about her return.
‘The Vampire Diaries’ hasn’t seen the last of Elena Gilbert! Although the beloved series will be coming to an end after its eighth season, ‘TVD’ fans can rest assured that Nina Dobrev will return for the final season. Get the EXCLUSIVE details here!
When Nina Dobrev, 27, announced her exit from The Vampire Diaries at the end of Season 6, fans were heartbroken that they’d never see Elena Gilbert again. But now that Ian Somerhalder, 37, revealed that the show is coming to a close after Season 8 and Kat Graham, 26, announced that it will be her last season, it seems Nina might not be gone after all. In fact, we’re getting word that Nina will definitely be back before the show ends!
It’s time to put Mystic Falls behind for good — at least it sounds that way. Ian Somerhalder just revealed that season 8 of ‘The Vampire Diaries’ would be the last.
We’ve seen a lot of people leave — and come back — to The Vampire Diaries. But it looks like we’ve only got one more season to sink our teeth into. Less than a week after Kat Graham announced season eight would be her last, Ian Somerhalder delivered the news that it’d actually be the end of the show.
Will the real Stefan Salvatore please stand up?
Remember all those bodies that Rayna had stored? Well after stabbing Stefan (Paul Wesley) again and the sword blowing up, she revealed that every vampire she killed was now back. The catch? They didn’t have their own bodies to live in. So yes, another way for Stefan’s body to be used, once again on The Vampire Diaries.
‘The Vampire Diaries’ is losing another leading lady! Kat Graham confirmed that next season on the hit CW series will be her last. Yup, she’s following right in Nina Dobrev’s footsteps and leaving! But, wait…does that mean Nina’s character could come back?!
Kat Graham is ready to move on from The Vampire Diaries. After eight seasons on the show, the actress revealed that she will make her big exit in 2017. So WHAT does this mean for her character’s fate on the show?! And does her leaving open the door for Nina Dobrev to make a big return?!
