The Supreme Court made a huge landmark decision today, reaffirming the right to choose for women all over America. Thank the Lord! Here’s why.
When the Supreme Court ruled this morning in a 5-3 decision to toss out highly demanding legal restrictions on abortion clinics in Texas, it saved a woman’s constitutional right to choose. That’s because when Texas enacted laws that required all abortion clinics to meet the same structural standards as hospitals, and insisted that all abortion doctors get “admitting privileges” at a local hospital – they virtually ensured that almost all the state’s clinics would close.

The Supreme Court just made a historic decision. It ruled that women can be denied a necessary health service — contraception, which is normally paid for by their company health insurance. To put this in perspective, men as an entire sex have NEVER been denied a medical necessity!
