Michael Weatherly (born Michael Manning Weatherly, Jr. on July 8, 1968 in New York City, new York) is an American actor, writer and singer. Michael was raised in Fairfield, Connecticut, attending Fairfield Country Day School. He attended Boston College, Menlo College and American University, but dropped out to pursue acting. Michael began his career with a minor role on The Cosby Show as Theo Huxtable’s roommate. He was later cast on shows Loving and The City. He moved to Los Angeles in the mid 1990s, landing roles on shows like Significant Others and Charmed. He also appeared in movies like The Last Days of Disco, Meet Wally Sparks and The Specials. Michael’s role on the Fox science-fiction show, Dark Angel, earned him multiple awards, including a Teen Choice Award in 2001. In 2003, Michael was cast as Anthony DiNozzo on two episodes of the CBS series, JAG. He would continue to play the character in the spin-off series, NCIS. In Jan. 2016, CBS announced that Michael would be leaving the show after 13 seasons.

Personal Life:
Michael married his Loving/The City co-star Amelia Heinle in Feb. 1995. They had one son together before divorcing in 1997. While on Dark Angel, Michael began a relationship with co-star, Jessica Alba. They were engaged in 2001 but they split in 2003. In 2009, Michael married internal medicine specialist Bojana Janković. They have two children together – a daughter and a son. In Nov. 2015, Michael was arrested and charged with a DUI.
