Back to the Future
This is BEYOND crazy, you guys! A man in Essex, England was arrested on Sept. 15 for speeding in a DeLorean — going a whopping 88 mph! So why exactly was he going so fast, and did it have anything to do with him being a fan of ‘Back To The Future?’ HollywoodLife.com has ALL the details!
We’re so jealous of Cristiano Ronaldo! And no, not just because he has the perfect body. He also has the coolest sneakers ever — the Nike HyperAdapt 1.0, which are new self-lacing kicks! Watch him try on the shoes we’ve been waiting for ever since ‘Back To The Future II!’
Cristiano Ronaldo‘s shoes are better than ours and that’s because his self-lace — just like Marty McFly’s (Michael J. Fox) did in Back To The Future II! That’s right. Nike unveiled a very cool, new pair of sneakers, and they let the soccer star be the first athlete to try them on. Watch the video here!
Well, that explains a lot. ‘Back to the Future II’ writer Bob Gale has confirmed what we’ve all been thinking — Biff Tannen was inspired by Donald Trump himself. When you think about it, they’re pretty much twins.
We knew he looked like someone! Biff Tannen’s the big bad in Back to the Future II, and he was actually based off Donald Trump, 69! Writer Bob Gale confirmed future evil Biff (Thomas F. Wilson) was based off the Donald. Now life suddenly makes sense!
OMG! They’re finally here! On Oct. 21, also dubbed ‘Back To The Future’ Day, Michael J. Fox showed off the first-ever pair of self-lacing Nikes on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ Click to WATCH!
Looks like Back To The Future 2 really did predict the future! In honor of when Marty McFly and Doc Brown traveled to the future, Michael J. Fox, 54, got to try on those self-lacing Nike Air Mags that were predicted to be around in the future. Michael showed them off on the Oct. 21 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, and now we all want a pair!
‘Back To The Future’ Day just ended in the best way possible — with a hilarious skit, featuring Marty McFly and Doc Brown, on the Oct. 21 episode of ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live.’ In the skit, Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd reprise their roles and diss everything about the year 2015. Watch!
2015 isn’t as amazing as Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) and Doc (Christopher Lloyd) predicted in Back To The Future 2. In fact, they think it “kind of sucks.” Not only did they poke fun at selfies, cronuts, and pretty much everything else about the year 2015 while appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live Oct. 21, but Donald Trump got dissed in a major way!
Well, it looks like ‘Back To The Future 2’ wrongly predicted the winner of the 2015 World Series because the New York Mets just won the NLCS, meaning the Cubs, who were poised to win the World Series, won’t even be competing. But New Yorkers are going crazy with excitement!
What an intense game! After winning three games in a row, the New York Mets continued a clean sweep to the finish line and officially became the champions of the National League Championship Series on Oct. 21. With a 8-3 finish, the Mets clobbered the Cubs, who were predicted to the not only compete in the 2015 World Series, but win it in Back To The Future 2. It’s a bit ironic how the Cubs actually lost the NLCS on the very same day that Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) time traveled to in the movies.
Great Scott! Doc Brown might just make you cry on Back To The Future Day. Christopher Lloyd brought back his iconic character, dressing up as Doc to deliver an inspirational message to all ‘Back To The Future’ fans. Click to watch!
Get ready for all the feels, because Christopher Lloyd, 76, just made today the best Back To The Future day of all time! The man who played Emmett “Doc” Brown in the classic films reprised his role one more time. Christopher, as Doc, returned from the future to share words of encouragement to all those celebrating today!
The future is now! On Back To The Future Day, Toyota finally released the full commercial featuring Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd! Before Doc and Marty could say ‘Great Scott,’ a scientist showed them how Toyota’s turning trash into fuel, just like in the movie! Click to watch!
No, Huey Lewis, it’s not the “Power of Love.” It’s the power of science fueling that car! The new Toyota may not fly, but something about it is very much like the Delorean of Back To The Future II. There was only one way to properly unveil this new discovery: with help from Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox, 54) and Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd, 75)!
It’s officially ‘Back To The Future’ Day, and it may just bring the past into the present. While many predictions did come true from the film, two things we’re still missing is Pepsi Perfect and Nike’s MAG sneakers with power laces. However, we could be getting them both today.
Just one tweet by Nike is totally giving us all the feels, but let’s back up a little first. In January, Nike’s designer Tinker Hatfield confirmed the team was working on a “MAG” line with power laces, and said he was hoping it would be ready this year. Well according to this tweet, it sounds like the shoes — which of course, were featured in Back to the Future II, could be dropping today.
The Chicago Cubs are SO close to the 2015 World Series! If they can beat the New York Mets, they’ll advance to the MLB Championships — and if they do, they’ll have a special player on their team! Christopher Lloyd says he wants to throw the first pitch if the Cubs make it to the big game!
Now pitching for the Chicago Clubs: Doc Brown! In 1989, Back To The Future II said that when the year 2015 rolled around, the Cubs would be World Series champs. With that science fiction possibly becoming fact, Christopher Lloyd, 76, who portrayed one of the film’s stars, want to be on the field if the Cubs make it to the big game!
Great Scott, they’re back! Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd are taking on the characters we know and love so much — Marty McFly and Doc Brown — in the new LEGO game, ‘Dimensions’ and the trailer will give you all sorts of feels.
Sometimes you don’t realize how much you miss a character until you see them again — and that’s the case here. While the new LEGO game brings back characters from The LEGO Movie (Chris Pratt as Emmett, Elizabeth Banks as Wyldstyle, to name a few), it also incorporates in Back to the Future. You have to watch this trailer.
Well, we feel conflicted. ‘Back to the Future’ turns 30 (!) years old today, but sadly, that doesn’t mean an anniversary revival is anywhere on the horizon.
Back to the Future came out in 1985 (yes, you are old), and it has us feeling all nostalgic about one of our fav movies of all time. Because nothing that’s dead stays dead these days, we have to wonder whether a reboot, revival or sequel might be in store for us. Sadly, the film’s director, Robert Zebecks, pretty much put the kibosh on our dreams before they’d even begun.
Great Scott! With the help of ‘Back to the Future’ director Robert Zemeckis, the classic film has been transformed for the London stage!
One of classic films is being recreated for the stage in West End, London! Although no one will ever play Marty McFly like Michael J. Fox and no one can really yell “Great Scott” like Christopher Lloyd, we’re so excited that Back to the Future is now going to be on the stage.
