The New Year is upon us, and if you need extra inspiration to get those 2021 workouts started — just check out the KarJenners! Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian love sharing their gym sessions on social media, and their years of progress and hard work have paid off. Recently, Kylie Jenner has also been hitting the gym to stay in shape amidst a tough year. After all, we can’t all be blessed with naturally slim figures like Kendall Jenner, right?!
Khloe Kardashian
When Khloe was going through issues with Lamar Odom in 2012, she turned to the gym to release her stress and focus her attention elsewhere. It led to an entire new lifestyle for the reality star, as she quickly became someone who fans looked to for fitness inspiration. Now, Khloe even has her own workout collection with her Good American brand, and she loves rocking pieces from it in the gym.
Of course, getting motivated to workout helps when you have enough space for a home gym! During an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloe gave Kylie a tour of her home that was being renovated, and explained one of the biggest projects — the gym, of course. Many of Khloe’s gym selfies feature her state of the art equipment in the background, and she often favors wearing leggings and crop tops while indulging in a workout.
Khloe has also proved that she takes very few days off. In one early morning photo, which was posted on a weekend, Khloe wrote, “Saturday session.” She was makeup-free in the pic and looked quite exhausted while bundled up in her sweatshirt, leggings and beanie, but she still got the work in!
Kim Kardashian
The gym isn’t the only place that the KarJenners like to get some fitness in, though! During a summer vacation, Kim tried out paddle boarding to work different parts of her arms and core. She even let her daughter, North West, jump on the board for some added weight. During that same trip, the group also went on a hike, and Kim rocked an intense, spandex bodysuit for the outdoor sweat session.
During the coronavirus quarantine in mid-2020, Kim was totally extra while working out in her home gym in nothing but a tiny, animal print bikini. She rocked sneakers with the look, but aside from that, it wasn’t all that practical! However, whatever she was doing, it was clearly working — because her body was definitely on-point in the pics.
Kourtney Kardashian
Swimming is as good of a workout as it gets, and it’s also a good excuse to show off your bikini body while toning up! During 2020, Kourtney did a lot of swimming, and she made sure to post some sexy photos from her sessions in the pool. Throughout the summer, she traveled to a number of different places in the desert, and snapped some pics while swimming in a cheetah print one-piece swimsuit.
In June 2020, Kourt got to work with her trainer, Don, for a super intense, at-home workout. She did crunches, squats and much more, all from the comfort of her own garage. Even for someone who’s as seasoned in the gym as Kourtney, this one looked tough. “[Don] tried to kill me today,” she captioned her video of the sweat session.
Kourtney has also tried boxing as an alternative to repetitive workouts in the gym. For her time in the ring, she wore a low-cut, black crop top, along with high-waisted leggings. Kourt may be little, but she’s definitely fierce. Perhaps this is where she got her skills to take on Kim during that infamous KUWTK fight?!
Bike riding is another good way to keep in shape while also having fun. During a 2018 trip to Turks & Caicos, Kourt dressed super cute in an off-the-shoulder shirt to go on a bike ride. She goofed off while spreading her legs to take a photo on her two-wheeler. Even a casual bike ride can help boost energy and burn calories!
Kylie Jenner
At the beginning of 2020, Kylie started working out more intensely to get ready for summer. Of course, she probably didn’t expect summer to look like it did amidst the coronavirus — but the exercising definitely paid off! Kylie shared a video of herself in the gym, showing off her abs and booty. “Been working out every other day,” she told fans. “Let’s go summer 2020.”

There’s nothing better than a workout buddy, and Kendall has just that in her BFF Hailey Baldwin. The ladies were photographed hitting the gym a number of times in 2020. Kendall loves rocking leggings for her workouts, and the girls were often seen twinning in their exercise looks.
