Bio:
Anton Yelchin (born Anton Viktorovich Yelchin on March 11, 1989) was a famous young Russian/American actor who starred in such films as the Star Trek reboot franchise, as well as Fright Night, and The Smurfs.  He was the son of  a successful pair of professional figure skaters in Russia, who brought him to America when he was 6 years old. His family moved to LA, where he very early on took acting lessons. His first role was at 10 years of age, in a guest sting on E.R. A promising star, Anton was suddenly and tragically killed early Sunday morning on June 19, 2016 after getting pinned by his own car in his garage.

Best Known For:
Anton Yelchin is best known for reinventing the role of Pavel Chekov in the rebooted franchise of Star Trek, starring alongside Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, and Zoe Saldana.

Personal Life:
Anton Yelchin was rumored to be dating both Mika Boorem (a fashion/runway model) and Imogen Poots (actress & model) for a time. It is not known if he was dating anyone seriously at the time of his tragic death.
