All dressed up and nowhere to go! That seemed to be Kourtney Kardashian‘s issue on Dec. 23, so she just had a picture taken and shared her glamorous red gown look with her 104 million Instagram followers. Normally the Kar-Jenner ladies would be spending the night perfecting their looks for mom Kris Jenner‘s annual celebrity-filled Christmas Eve mega-bash. But with COVID-19 causing large gatherings to be prohibited, the event has been cancelled and it looks like Kourt is giving fans a peek at what she might have worn in 2020. Kourtney famously got to host the party for the first time at her home in 2019.
The mother of three shared an Instagram photo wearing a strapless metallic red gown with a push-up bodice to enhance her assets. It cinched at the waist to show off Kourt’s tiny midsection. A large slit up to the top of her left thigh allowed Kourtney to show off one of her amazingly toned legs
Kourtney went for full glamour by wearing matching opera gloves with her sleeveless dress. The metallic shade of red seemed absolutely perfect for a Christmas party, and Kourt’s finishing touch was a pair of open-toe strappy metallic heels. This is such an incredible gown that even if Kourtney didn’t get to wear it around at a party, at least she was able to show off how great she looked in it with her followers.
The 41-year-old posed while lying across the top of her bed near the pillows, putting her glove-clad hands back and behind her head in a sexy pose. Kourtney appeared to have glam makeup on, and had her hair pulled back in a high pony. Silver earrings dangled of of her lobes, and Kourt looked so party ready.
Khloe Kardashian broke the news on Dec. 7 that for the first time in 42 years, her mom Kris, 65, wouldn’t be hosting a Christmas Eve soiree. “The Covid cases are getting out of control in CA. So we decided that we’re not doing a Christmas Eve party this year. It’s the first time we will not be having a Christmas Eve party since 1978 I believe. Health and safety first though! Taking this pandemic seriously is a must,” Khloe, who battled COVID-19 earlier this year, tweeted.
Kourt also appeared to be packing, or at least running through some of her amazing wardrobe options. Her bed was covered in luxury clothes, shoes and handbags in the foreground of the photo, while Kourt posed in the background. A pair of white $950 Gucci gold chain mid-heel loafers could be seen on the bed, along with several Chanel purses in purple and dark pink hues.
As for the clothes, Kourt had a range of styles laid out that looked like everything from vintage to high-end. A pair of bright retro-looking colored pants and matching top with red, green, pink and yellow floral patterns could be seen in the center of the shot. The outfit looked perfect for hanging out by the pool at her mom’s estate in Palm Springs or for any tropical getaway. Next to it was a more conservative maroon and white herringbone pattern A-line skirt. A tiny snakeskin print halter dress was visible on the bed next to a metallic silver handbag. It’s not clear yet where Kourt will be spending the holidays, but she sure has the wardrobe to go anywhere and stand out with style. She tagged her stylist Dani Michelle in the photo, so maybe they were putting together Kourtney’s holiday getaway wardrobe.
