Marion Cotillard, 37, went all out for the Tokyo premiere of her upcoming film, Rust and Bone. She definitely stole the spotlight as she galavanted about at the Marunouchi Piccadilly in Japan on March 26. Marion went with a gown that fit her perfectly to attend the night that she’s been eagerly awaiting!

Throughout the promo tour for the recent movie, Marion has barely strayed from gorgeous Christian Dior gowns. As we could have expected, she didn’t change her ways for the premiere, for which she donned a floral strapless dress from the Christian Dior Pre-Fall 2013 collection.

The pretty face of the Lady Dior campaign chose a frock that featured a high-low hemline that created an elegant train effect when she sashayed down the red carpet. The asymmetric cut gave us a glimpse at the inner, satin blue lining that matched the delicate detailing of the primary pattern.

The rich color of the piece didn’t need much to enhance the look further. The star paired the dress with a classy pair of black Dior pumps. The shoes didn’t take away from the dress, but the thin, slanted strap was the perfect touch for a properly finished outfit.

Marion went for the timeless look by opting for no accessories and minimal makeup, aside from a touch of gloss on her nude lips. Her short haircut looked a little choppy in the spotlight, bu we have to give her credit for going so natural!

The star poses alongside a range of colorful Dior bags from the Lady Dior line and she looks radiant against the subtle, colorful lighting. Shot by well-known fashion photog Jean-Baptiste Mondino, there was no need for a fancy European backdrop (recent campaigns have gone as far as Moscow to the romanticized Eiffel Tower!) — the campaign needed only the polished appearance of Lady Dior herself!

The star dons stunning black gowns and has a very old Hollywood-glam look about her hair and make-p. The frocks were immensely high fashion but gave sharp statements on the diva’s frame and in reference to the campaign itself. Fear not HollywoodLifers, there were no wardrobe malfunctions on this glamorous shoot. One look contained the babe sporting glossy hair enhanced by polished curls which looked insanely chic against the beauty’s subtle smoky eyes. The lighting only enhanced the drama of the overall look. Everything was kept closely centered on not only the bags, but the beauty herself!

It’s not just The Dark Knight that Rises, so did Marion Cotillard‘s dress! Marion, 37, was attending the British Academy of Film and Television Awards on Feb. 10, when her stunning yellow Christian Dior gown hitched up and revealed the sheer panel, thus exposing the back of her upper thighs. It was just like Jennifer Lawrence‘s wardrobe malfunction at the SAG Awards!

Onlookers got a little more than they bargained for when the beautiful French actress walked the red carpet at London’s Royal Opera House, and she nearly showed off her derriere! Marion’s dress had two parts to the skirt, and when the upper skirt hitched up at the back, the sheer panel was clearly visible to all her adoring fans.

How unfortunate! At least Marion still looked stunning, and she decorated her yellow dress with Chopard jewels, red lipstick and a classy up do. And fans had a total case of deja vu when her dress hiked up!

Marion is not the only actress to suffer a malfunction, as Hunger Games actress and fellow Oscar nominee Jennifer showed off her legs through a sheer panel at the SAG Awards on Jan. 27. Jennifer, also wearing Dior, exposed her legs when her skirt hiked up as she tripped over a chair.

Thankfully, both ladies are so classy and talented that they quickly overcame their embarrassment, and still looked amazing.

I played a Polish woman, and I would have loved to dream in Polish. Mostly, I am confused—some people talk to me in French, and I answer in English. And some people talk to me in English, and I answer in French. I think I’m too tired to dream in any language.

During the filming she lived in New York with her partner, director and actor Guillaume Canet, and their son, Marcel. Marcel was born right before production began on Batman, and at the premiere, Marion was shocked by the size of her breasts in the movie. “I was nursing,” she says. “There are scenes where I went, ‘Whoa! Look at that! Who is that woman?’ ” She added, “Maybe that added to her mystery.”I was a big fan of Beetlejuice, and I really wanted to work with Tim Burton. I remember I kept the pages of the scenes under my pillow for a month. I don’t know if that’s why I got the part, but I know I wished for it every night.”

Marion Cotillard opted for a feminine floral Zuhair Murad Couture Fall 2012 frock for the 2013 Critics’ Choice Awards at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica on Jan. 10, where the star looked simply stunning in the A-line dress. While the embellishments and floral beadwork kept it colorful from the front, when she turned around the open back gave us an unexpected hint of skin!

When it comes to styling a winning red carpet look, Marion is a pro — and last night wasn’t an exception! As to not take away from her fantastic frock, the star accessorized with nude Jimmy Choo ‘Tahi’ sandals, a nude clutch and Chopard jewels. I really like the way she pulled her hair back into a soft, side-parted bun — if she had worn her hair down it would have concealed the pretty details of the dress! Her nude makeup also worked so well with her get-up.

From plunging necklines to cutouts, skin is definitely in on the red carpet — and I love the way Marion’s dress gave us a glimpse of her back. Showing skin on the red carpet can sometimes be tricky — while a sexy look is unforgettable, a wardrobe malfunction will leave you wishing you second-guessed your outfit! After all, you don’t want to be remembered for all the wrong reasons.

I really loved this feminine dress on the star, especially because it was a departure from her usual look. From the floral pattern to the A-line silhouette, it was such a sweet style. Carla Gugino, 41, has been playing sexy TV and movie characters since her breakout role as Ari Gold’s rival, Amanda, in HBO’s Entourage. But it turns out this sexy siren has admiration for another leading lady. HollywoodLife.com found out who at the premiere of her new movie, Hotel Noir, hosted by The Cinema Society and Grey Goose Vodka.

Despite the fact that Carla was there to promote her own film, the actress couldn’t stop gushing over French stunner Marion Cotillard, who stars in the movie Rust & Bone.

“She’s like the most gorgeous person on the planet!” Carla told us after seeing the film the night before.

Carla may be showing love for her fellow performers, but she’s also a sex symbol herself. Her famous back-and-forth with Jeremy Piven‘s Ari Gold on HBO’s Entourage came to a head in the last season when the two characters finally hooked up. The actress is every bit as sexy in person as her onscreen persona, but she doesn’t have the short fuse temper of her famous character.

“Amanda’s anger was much more of her thing than mine. I don’t get angry that easily. Most people who get under my skin to that extent, I would just choose to not engage, where as Amanda would be like, ‘c’mon bring it on!.’ She’s a fighter, for sure.”

Amanda might not want to fight, but she has battled the odds to Hollywood stardom. We can’t wait to see what she does next!

French-born Marion Cotillard, 37, won an Oscar for La Vien Rose, but it was her starring role in Dark Knight director Christopher Nolan‘s last two projects that made her a superstar in America. She told us EXCLUSIVELY at the premiere of her new indie drama Rust and Bone - hosted by The Cinema Society, Dior and Vanity Fair – she can’t rule out future projects with Hollywood’s best director.

“I think he’s a true artist and what he does is really amazing. To put art and everything he puts in these big movies, it’s really something. He’s very smart and I love being on his set.”

Rust and Bone, opening Nov 16, is the moving story of a whale trainer (Marion) who loses her legs in a horrific accident, but finds reason to live as she falls for a troubled former boxer.

The actress arrived at her premiere in a sheer gown and designer mary-jane pumps which she quickly kicked off her aching feet as she worked the red carpet. When I asked Marion about being named the sexiest woman alive by a Hungarian magazine, the low-key star could do little more than shrug.

“Stuff is nice when people like you, but I don’t know what to say about that.”

With an attitude so laid back, it’s easy to see why good directors cast her over and over.

As a bonus, The Cinema Society hosted the Rust and Bone after-party at trendy Indochine, featuring Belvedere cocktails.
