Katie Cassidy’s Hair — Get Her Stunning Look

Ted Gibson dished on the inspiration behind Katie’s pretty hair look:

“I loved working with Katie Cassidy – she’s such a gorgeous girl!” Ted gushed to HollywoodLife.com. “To give her this girl next door wave, I first sprayed her hair with Build It blow drying agent for texture, then blew her hair dry with a round brush for volume. I then parted her hair in a side part. Next, I curled her hair with a medium sized curling iron, wrapping 1 ½ inch sections around the iron, leaving the ends out. After tousling with my fingers, I finished with Beautiful Hold hairspray to hold everything in place.

It’s a hairstyle that is easy for anyone to do and will only take a few minutes! Plus, it’s perfect for day and night, work or party! It’s totally versatile!

We may have underestimated Juliet Sharp (Katie Cassidy) during season 5 of Gossip Girl. The trouble girl who was exiled by Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) returns for the final episode which only leads me to believe she is Gossip Girl.

The producers have confirmed that Gossip Girl’s identity will be revealed in the last episode, which leaves us nine more episodes of speculation!

Some say it’s Dorota, some say Georgina, but my money is on Juliet — who appeared on set on Oct. 12.

Katie Cassidy, 25, is the newest leading lady to be added to the list of possible actresses to play the innocent Anastasia Steele in Fifty Shades of Grey.

According to a report, the actress, who has starred in shows like Gossip Girl and the CW’s Melrose Place, is a “likely choice” for the role of the Ana in Fifty Shades of Grey.

Other actresses competing against Katie for the role include Emma Watson, Emma Stone, and Lucy Hale.

There’s no official word yet about who will play the hunky billionaire Christian Grey, but some frontrunners include Channing Tatum, Ryan Gosling, and Ian Somerhalder.

In 2010, Katie Cassidy took home the Future Style Icon award. We first saw the star on Gossip Girl, but it was her ability to continue her stellar style run both on and off the red carpet that really caught our eye.

Dark hair is clearly the way to go for fall. Not only did Lily Collins dye her brown hair almost black, but signature blonde, Katie Cassidy, now has incredibly dark strands as well. Would you dye your hair for the coming season?

Katie went through her hair transformation at the Valery Joseph Salon in New York City.

It’s normal to gravitate towards darker colors as the weather gets colder, but dying your hair very dark is different than putting on a brown sweater!

Katie Cassidy arrived at LAX on July 27th sporting a long sleeved beige sheer top with a very visible hot pink bra and rolled up jeans. Katie Cassidy, 24, looked pretty in pink at the Monte Carlo premiere on June 23. When we asked her if she will be returning to season 5 of Gossip Girl– Cassidy didn’t say “yes,” but she didn’t say “no.”

“I don’t know, we’ll see!” Katie said with a smile on her face.

I’m thinking that a definite “yes.” We already know Jessica Szohr, 26, who plays Vanessa, and Taylor Momsen, 16, who plays Jenny Humphrey, will not be returning to the show. With these two bad girls banished from Manhattan’s Upper East Side — who else is going to wreak havoc in the city that never sleeps?

Unfortunately, Cassidy’s Gossip Girl and Monte Carlo co-star Leighton Meester, did not attend the June 23rd premiere, or perhaps we could have received the full Gossip Girl scoop! But Cassidy told us it was weird going from friends to enemies — since their characters’ dynamics are so different in the movie.

“It was actually really different. It was really hard to go from that and then in a such short span go to our characters being so difficult with one another,” Kate said.
