Jenna Fischer and Lee Kirk are brand new parents! They must be thrilled!

Jenna gave birth to her first child, son Weston Lee on Sept. 24. “Mom and baby are doing great,” her rep tells PEOPLE.

Coincidentally, Jenna’s character on The Office, Pam, is also pregnant! But this time, it’s Pam’s second child. That must have been easy for the actress!

Congratulations Jenna! We wish her and Lee the best of luck with baby Weston!

‘The Office’ star has breezed through pregnancy without a single heave of morning sickness — but she insists she hasn’t escaped every side-effect!

Jenna Fischer looked beautiful in blue at the premiere of her move ‘A Little Help’ on July 14, but she admits there was more than a bump hiding under her dress… Eek, cellulite!

“I’ve been really lucky, I’ve had a really easy pregnancy,” the 37-year-old tells E! News “(But) before all the pregnant women at home get mad at me for saying that, I just want them all to know that, while I did not have morning sickness, I have plenty of cellulite and it’s okay. I’ve been cursed in other ways.”

Jenna is expecting a baby boy — her first child with husband Lee Kirk — in September!

We think she looked fantastic, cellulite or not.

‘The Office’ star made the big announcement on ‘The Tonight Show’ on Tuesday (July 19) night!

The little bundle of joy will be Jenna Fischer‘s first child with her husband Lee Kirk.When ‘Tonight Show‘ host Jay Leno asked Jenna if her parents were excited about their first grandchild, she corrected him — and let the big secret slip!

The 37-year-old actress said, “This is the second grandchild, but first grandson.”

Jenna also revealed she’s only got another two months to wait before she’s a mom, telling Jay she’s due in “September – we’re in what they call the home stretch.”

‘The Office’ star Pam and hubby Lee Kirk are expecting their first child together!

Just shy of their 1-year wedding anniversary, Jenna Fischer and Lee Kirk have confirmed there’s a bun in the oven!

The 37-year-old mom-to-be debuted a baby bump at LA restaurant Red O May 11. Earlier this year, the actress confessed to Redbook that becoming an aunt gave her baby fever. “I already wanted kids, but even more so now,” she admitted. “I took charge of the night feedings. I wanted CeCe all to myself. We really bonded.”

The couple, who started dating in 2008, became engaged on a European vacation and were married in Malibu July 2010.

Even the best hair and makeup teams in the world can have an off day and these lovely ladies from the 2011 Screen Actors Guild Awards are a perfect example of that. It’s time to check out the stars that didn’t exactly make the grade and for the Worst Red Carpet Beauty Look from the night. Let’s review the contenders:

Oh, Nicole Kidman. I get the whole messy updo concept to go with your Nina Ricci dress, but it didn’t wind up looking polished. As a matter of fact, it looks like Walk of Shame hair.  Not terribly upset about the makeup, though but as an overall look, this didn’t work.

As reported previously, I depend on Helena Bonham Carter to bring the crazy and she, again, delivered like Domino’s.  The crazy can-can girl updo with a long curly ponytail was more appropriate for the Moulin Rouge than the red carpet. Also, I should not be able to see your lip liner.

It pains me to write this about Eva Longoria (because I love her) but this was all wrong. The orange glow, the intensely spiky eyelashes, the severely arched eyebrows – none of this works. Plus, there’s one thing that never works on the red carpet: visible double-stick tape. Check out under her armpit. Poor Eva!

Winona Ryder also worked another crazy look on the red carpet. What is happening with the Medusa hairstyle at the top? Why so much blush? A softer makeup look would have worked with the hair or a more refined hairstyle would have worked with the makeup, but the two in combination here is a disaster.

I know, I know – it’s like kicking a puppy, but I really didn’t like Jenna Fischer’s whole look. She needed something more dramatic to prevent looking washed out.  This looks like she just came from the gym. Not a good choice.

Oh, Christina Hendricks. I can see where this was going but it wound up in vampire chic territory. The hair’s a little too high at the crown and , while I love the dark eye makeup, it came off Goth with the black dress because she’s so pale.

Then there’s Melissa Leo. One, too much powder makes every line on your face more visible so take that down a notch for the Oscars. Two, curls with that neckline were not a good choice. Three, carry the color on your face all the way down your neck so your head and your decolletage aren’t two different colors.

The actor says that this season, his seventh, will be his last but the show will go on!

Steve Carell has finally confirmed after much speculation that after seven seasons on NBC’s The Office he will be leaving the show this coming May. “I just think it’s time,” the funny man told E! Online. “I want to fulfill my contract. When I first signed on I had a contract for seven seasons, and this coming year is my seventh. I just thought it was time for my character to go.” Say it ain’t so Steve!

Steve went on to say, “It doesn’t certainly mean the end of the show. I think it’s just a dynamic change to the show, which could be a good thing, actually. Add some new life and some new energy…I see it as a positive in general for the show.”

With his recent successes in feature films, such as Date Night with Tina Fey this comes as little surprise, but who will replace him on The Office? Could one of the current cast members like Ed Helms, Rainn Wilson, John Krasinski, B.J. Novak, Mindy Kaling, or Jenna Fischer be getting a promotion?

Even worse, can The Office survive without Steve Carell?
