When Jasmine Villegas made out with her pal Justin Bieber in the back of a car last year, we’re sure she didn’t intend for this to happen! TMZ is reporting the 17-year-old singer has been being stalked by a 33-year-old man who made videos and sent tweets threatening to rape and kill her. He even offered to pay someone $5,000 to do the deed! How horrible!

TMZ reports Jasmine claims, “In a couple of the videos, he has appeared holding deadly weapons, i.e. a gun, machete knives stating that he was going to find me, rape me, and kill me.”

Apparently, the stalker Steven Cintron has been sending Jasmine thousands of messages and 75 YouTube videos. One of the messages had a schedule of her performances and note attached reading, “You’re dead Jasmine. I swear to God I’m going to kill you. I will blow your f**king head off bitch.”

Thankfully, a judge gave Cintron a temporary restraining order that also blocks him from contacting Jasmine on the Internet. There will be a hearing later this month, reports TMZ.

We’ve had Jasmine in the HollywoodLife.com offices before and she’s nothing but professional, talented and sweet. We can’t imagine having to live in fear like this! Hopefully, the judge gives that creepy guy a punishment he deserves…and more!

It didn’t take long for Jasmine to get over Justin — she’s already working with an older guy!

Justin Bieber‘s ex-girlfriend isn’t crying anymore — she’s getting even! Jasmine Villegas, 16, and Justin, 16, had a short-lived romance (in the back of a Honda) after she appeared in the video for his hit “Baby,” but it looks like she’s already onto the next teen sensation. Jasmine and Nick Jonas, 18, have reportedly been spending hours in the studio writing love songs! We hope Nick’s reported girlfriend Samantha Barks doesn’t mind all the late-night brainstorming!

“[The song] is about going through a relationship and knowing that it takes a man to love me,” Jasmine tells LATINA magazine of her collaboration with Nick. “As I’m growing into a young lady.”

Even though Jasmine claims she and Justin are still “really good friends,” we wouldn’t be surprised if her song is all about Justin dropping her for Selena Gomez! We also wouldn’t be surprised if she makes a reference to that magical afternoon in the Honda.

Poor Jasmine! Apparently Justin Bieber kisses and tells because he opens up to Barbara Walters during his ’10 Most Fascinating People of 2010’ interview and says Jasmine is nothing more than a girl with whom he made out!

I wonder if Jasmine Villegas knows she’s just another notch in Justin Bieber’s belt, so to speak. The 16-year-old singing sensation gives Barbara Walters his thoughts on kissing girls like Jasmine on tonight’s ’10 Most Fascinating People Of 2010′ interview — and brushes it off as nothing. Talk about harsh!

”I was kissing her [Jasmine Villegas]. Well, I was just, I don’t know, I was just kissing her. That’s about it,” Justin says coyly. “I don’t know. I didn’t even know anyone was taking pictures. It just kind of happened and I don’t know. It’s not really weird. Is it weird? I think every 16-year-old kisses a girl, right? So that’s not nothing out of the ordinary.”

Justin, take it from me! When I was 16, kissing a girl was like winning the Super Bowl and winning the lottery at the same time — or to frame it in the mind of a girl, its like walking in a room with Brad Pitt, Robert Pattinson and Johnny Depp and getting to be with all of them. It’s a big deal!

I get that Justin has millions of options when it comes to ladies, but he’s only 16 – and he’s already turning into a major player. Although I agree he shouldn’t be too hot and heavy with one girl at this point, he should at least respect the girls he’s been with so far!

Still he downplays it, saying, “It’s just a kiss. I mean, girlfriends are trouble at this age. Girls are fun to hang out with but, like, having that one steady girl ..we’re constantly traveling and one girl’s not gonna really [work]. You can’t really have one girl. I don’t really have any crushes at the moment. ..Right now, the best thing is [that we're] just teenagers having fun doing what we love. We’re just staying ourselves and remaining humble.”

Justin Bieber’s catchy new song, “Latin Girl,” is all about the Bieb’s “pretty lady.” Do YOU think he is singing about Selena Gomez or Jasmine Villegas?

A new Justin Bieber song has leaked and this time his “baby” is a “Latin Girl.” Per usual, the 16-year-old pop sensation’s single is catchy and fun — and we can’t help but wonder if it’s dedicated to his rumored girlfriend, Jasmine Villegas, or even his BFF, Selena Gomez!

Here are the lyrics:

I was on the beach yeah
I was on vacation
I was doing nothing
I was just sittin’ patient
Then you walked by
You caught my eye

Jasmine and Justin were caught kissing in a car Sept. 9 and then vacationed together in Hawaii in October, which makes us think she’s the lucky lady about whom the Biebs is singing. However, the song could also be a tribute to Justin’s close friend, Selena Gomez.

Justin Bieber is such a nice guy! We reported earlier that the super-busy singer lent his name to a line of nail polishes (the proceeds of which will build much-needed schools.) Now the singer is also developing a signature fragrance, the proceeds of which will go to charity!

Justin has partnered exclusively with the newly-formed Give Back Brands to create a prestige fragrance created specifically for his teen and twenty-somethings.  Justin says, “I’m really excited to be designing a fragrance—it’s another way to be creative. And giving back to charity is something that has always been really important to me. The idea that I can create an amazing fragrance that I love and actually give back to a charity that matters to me at the same time was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up… I want to keep my fans up to date every step of the way.”

According to the article, this new fragrance will be available to Bieber Nation via department stores in spring 2011. Justin wrote about the fragrance launch to his 6 million Twitter followers, saying, “Couple of you have been asking me about a fragrance, and if I’m following in my big bro (Usher’s) footsteps… Well you know I like to do my own thing and do things a little bit different so…. Yes, I’m working on a real fragrance that will be in department stores next year…”

So, I’d keep checking for updates. The Biebz is said to be involved with the development of the fragrance from packaging and advertising down to the scent itself, so I’m sure he’ll keep up updated.

From football games to frozen yogurt, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have been inseparable lately…is their friendship turning into something more?

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are totally open about their friendship and frequently poke fun at one another during interviews. However, in the last week they’ve been out in public twice together — once to Will Smith‘s son’s high school football game and then again to Menchie’s frozen yogurt shop in Encino, Calif. Should Justin’s make out buddy, Jasmine Villegas, be concerned?

“We were at a high school game and she came too,” Justin, 16, told Ellen Degeneres during an interview Nov. 3 about running into Selena at the high school football game. Seems awfully convenient, don’t ya think? Ellen sure did, and she was quick to call out the teen superstar.

“So you just happen to sit next to each other?” she asked.

He answered, smiling, “Yeah. It was the weirdest thing. She’s sweet. She’s a sweetheart.” Playing the coy card, huh, Justin? We’ll be keeping an eye on you!

On the flip side (literally), Selena, 18, wasn’t quite as complimentary to her friend when she was on Ryan Seacrest‘s radio show Oct. 20. In fact, she said she wants to chop off his luscious locks!

“Sometimes he does that little thing when I’m hanging out with him when he flips it; it’s just so annoying!” the Disney starlet joked. “I’m always like, ‘You’re gonna hurt your neck or do something that will damage you!’” We think Sel will learn to love that little habit should the duo find themselves in couple-ville.

There’s no denying this dynamic duo has major chemistry, but wouldn’t they be adorable together?

Can you believe this? Justin Bieber let his ex-girlfriend Caitlin Beadles drive his Range Rover, the same set of wheels that his mentor Usher gave him for his 16th birthday this year! Is that a smart move? Somehow we doubt Caitlin’s on the insurance plan.

Despite being broken up, Justin and Caitlin are rumored to still like each other. This could be bad news for Justin’s alleged current girlfriend, Jasmine Villegas! Is Justin getting ready to dump her and go back to Caitlin?

Justin, Jasmine, and Karate Kid bud Jaden Smith were spotted yachting around the islands and enjoying some sun and sand on Oct. 9 — not too shabby for a group of teenagers!

Justin and Jasmine have been keeping their relationship on the super DL after they were spotted making out in the back of a car on Sept. 9 in LA. Jasmine has been with Justin throughout his entire tour, performing as his opening act, and it looks like she is now also enjoying her off time with the pint sized pop star.

Justin tweeted to his roughly 800 million Twitter followers, “Sick day out on the boat with the whole crew. little jack johnson playing and some sunshine and some sea turtles and dolphins. Great day. Hawaii great night and great vacation here. me, jaden, and @JASMINEVILLEGAS all had a great time. thank u.”
