Gerard Butler may not have known who Brandi Glanville was when he spent a romantic night with her, but he does know how to do his own stunts … and he’s pretty good at it.

Before the Mar. 11 screening for the new film Olympus Has Fallen, Gerard said he “always” does his own stunts. “I love that it’s me doing it. You can’t beat the actor actually performing those stunts because it makes a difference, and you can tell.”

In the film, Gerard plays Mike Banning, a former Presidential Guard who gets trapped in the White House during a terrorist attack and must defend the President, played by Aaron Eckhart. In training for the film, he worked alongside Navy SEALS, which he absolutely loved.

Gerard Butler’s Favorite People On Set Of ‘Olympus Has Fallen’?

“To be honest, my favorite people on set were the stuntmen and those guys [Navy Seals], because I have so much respect for them and what they do. One, how tough they are, how disciplined they are, and also how humble they are. They’re really good people and they just push me harder which is what I need for when I’m doing this sort of role.”

The screening was hosted by The Cinema Society with Roger Dubuis & Grey Goose at the Tribeca Grand, followed by a party at The Darby.

Brandi Glanville doesn’t lie. After first denying he slept with the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Gerard Butler has now come clean and confirms that he and Brandi did have sex last summer.

“We had a little texting today, and I think he’s a doll and I feel bad for what I said,” Brandi, 40, told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live on Mar. 12, referring to when she appeared on the show last year and blabbed to Andy that she and Gerard had a steamy week of passion.

“He is lovely and I appreciate him making it right.”

Gerard Finally Comes Clean

When Brandi first spilled the beans, Gerard, 43, denied the two ever had sex and even said he didn’t know who Brandi was.

But in an interview with Howard Stern last week, the Playing for Keeps star came clean and admitted he slept with Brandi.

“We crossed paths at a beach party and had a little bit of fun,” Gerard says. “You know what I said – “Who’s Brandi Glanville?” – because I didn’t know her last name, didn’t know she was a celebrity, didn’t know she was going to run out and f***ing tell everyone about it!’

Gerard And Brandi Now On Good Terms

It appears that the two are on better terms now. They have apologized to one another for publicly attacking each other in the press. Perhaps a romantic reconnection is in the cards for these two!

RHOBH’s Brandi Glanville wasn’t lying when she told Andy Cohen that the most famous person she has ever had sex with was Gerard Butler. The actor now confirms the tryst, but tells Howard Stern that he didn’t know the reality star’s name when they had their steamy rendezvous.

Gerard, 43, was a guest on Howard’s radio show on March 11, and he was asked if he had sex with Brandi Glanville.

His response: ”We were at a beach party. We were having fun…We hung out. We had a little bit of fun.”

Last year, Bravo’s Andy Cohen asked Brandi who the most famous person was that she ever had sex with, and she said Gerard Butler. She also rated his love making skills an eleven out of a ten.

Despite the compliment, Gerard says he wasn’t too happy that Brandi spilled the beans.

“I didn’t know her last name,” says Gerard. “I didn’t know she was a celebrity,” Gerald added. “I didn’t know she was going to f**king tells people about it.”

Gerard also revealed to Howard that he called Brandi and gave her his two cents.

“I called her and I said,’One, I’m not really happy that you did that because there are certain things you got to keep a little private. And two, I am sorry because I said I didn’t know who you were…she was in tears and said ‘I am doing a book tour and nobody is asking me about the book, they just are saying that Gerard Butler says he doesn’t know who you are,’” Gerard explained while laughing.

Gerard’s toned torso is a highlight of the movie.

#2 Judy Greer is hysterical:

Judy Greer plays one of the many soccer moms who wants to get into George’s pants. And will she succeed? I won’t tell you! But  her neuroses and tears at the thought of dating turns her role as a supporting character into a starring lead. Plus, she makes online dating look like a lot of fun, instead of the scary thing that it is perceived to be.

#3 Iqbal Theba and his “accent”:

Iqbal Theba is best known to most people as Principal Figgins in Glee, but in this movie he plays George’s tired landlord, who does not have the same success with the ladies as George, even though he “has an accent too.”

#4 Gerard’s love pentagon:

In the movie, viewers minds will be boggled by all the ladies George is romantically involved with! I don’t wanna spoil too much, but George is linked to all four leading actresses. Which one will he end up with? You will have to go see the movie to find out!

#5 The Ferrari:

George spends a considerable amount of time in this movie driving Dennis’s Ferrari and its awesome! For all the girls who are thinking about dragging their boyfriends to the film, at least there will be something for them to feast their eyes on — and I don’t mean Gerard’s torso!

Gerard Butler has checked himself into rehab for a prescription drug addiction.

Gerard, 42, voluntarily admitted himself into the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif. three weeks ago, TMZ reports.

His issues allegedly started with pain management while he was shooting the physically-demanding lead role in 300 in 2006. The problem resurfaced with a vengeance after he had a surfing accident on Dec. 18 while filming his new movie Of Men and Mavericks.

Sources close to Gerard also confirm that he struggled with cocaine, but his main issue is the prescription pain management.

Gerard took matters into his own hands to fight an intense addiction, and he’s said to be feeling better and leaving treatment on Feb. 24.

We wish Gerard the best and we’re so glad he’s seeking treatment!

If you’ve noticed that Gerard Butler has lost a lot of weight, you might be wondering why he trimmed down? The actor explained to People that it’s for a new movie role!

“I’m prepping for a surf movie,” he told People. “So I’m surfing every day for Mavericks.”

Butler joked about his workout with US Weekly on Sept. 13 at the Diesel show in New York City.

“I ate my last meal in October, and I run about 40 miles a day,” he told the magazine. “I’m joking! It’s just doing a lot of cardio and extremely watching what I eat. I stopped lifting big weights and I’m doing yoga.”

The actor when on to respond to the public’s reaction to his weight loss.

“If I wear a long shirt, everyone says, ‘Oh my, God! He lost so much weight,’” he explained. “But this is how I look.”
