Bill O’Reilly (born William James O’Reilly, Jr. on September 10, 1949 in New York, New York) is a television host, author and journalist. Bill attended Marist college, where he studied history. He then went on to study broadcast journalism at Boston University.

Bill married Maureen McPhilmy in 1996, but the couple split in 2010 and ultimately divorced in 2011. They have two children together — a daughter named Madeline O’Reilly born in 1998, and a son named Spencer O’Reilly born in 2003. The couple’s split has been less than amicable with allegations of abuse on O’Reilly’s part, which he vehemently denies, but it resulted in the loss of custody of his children. Bill has since filed a lawsuit against Maureen in the amount of $10 Million.
