Nathan Kress (born Nathan Karl Kress in Glendale, California on November 18, 1992) is an American actor, director and former professional child model. Nathan got his start at the age of three before scoring his first leading role as Freddie Benson on the Nickelodeon television series iCarly in 2007. In March 2010, Nathan guest-starred in the CBS television series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, marking his first major dramatic role. Later that same year, he returned to comedic roles, guest-starring as Prince Gabriel on the Nickelodeon comedy series True Jackson, VP, and as the voice of Ronald on the Nickelodeon animated series The Penguins of Madagascar. In 2014, he co-starred in his first major film, Into the Storm, and in 2015, he directed the Henry Danger episodes “Caved In”, “The Bucket Trap”, and “Captain Man: On Vacation”
