Thaddeus Farrow (born in 1988) was the adopted son of actress Mia Farrow. He died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound on September 21, 2016 at the age of 27. Thaddeus was a paraplegic due to contracting polio at a young age. Mia adopted Thaddeus from an orphanage in Calcutta, India in 1994. He was found by state troopers just a few miles away from Mia’s estate in Connecticut.
