Ke$ha, who checked into a Chicago-area rehab center on Jan. 3 to seek treatment for an eating disorder, doesn’t have access to social media in the facility but that didn’t stop her from releasing a long and uplifting message to her fans on Jan. 21. “I’m overwhelmed to tears” by all the support, Ke$ha said via her friend.
