Karen Gravano (born on May 8, 1972 in Brooklyn, New York) is a reality star. She is best known for being one of the stars of Mob Wives. She is the daughter of Sammy Gravano, a former underboss of the Gambino crime family. She reportedly got into a major fight with co-star Drita D’Avanzo at the Mob Wives season 6 reunion show. Her co-star Big Ang died on Feb. 19, 2016. Karen was reportedly banned from her wake.
