Emily Ann Roberts (born November 1998 in Knoxville, Tennessee) is an American country singer. She started playing guitar at just 13 years old, and after winning a talent show in the 7th grade, immediately knew she wanted to be a performer. She was chosen by Blake Shelton in the Blind Auditions of Season 9 on The Voice, and remained on his team through the live rounds of competition. She lists Dolly Parton, LeAnn Rimes and the Dixie Chicks among her many music idols.
