Elliot Page (born Ellen Philpotts-Page in Halifax, Canada on February 21, 1987) is a Canadian actor. He started his career in Canada at the age of 10 by starring on the TV show Pit Pony. This led to other roles on shows such as Trailer Park Boys and ReGenesis. From there, Elliot moved on to star in films, one of which was X-Men: The Last Stand as Kitty Pryde. The actor was relatively unknown until he was cast in the movie Juno. Elliot was nominated for a number of awards following the film. After that role put him on the map, Elliot proceeded to star in films alongside A-list celebs such as Leonardo DiCaprio in Inception and Drew Barrymore‘s Whip It.

Personal Life:
Elliot Page came out as gay on February 14, 2014 in a speech at the Human Rights Campaign’s “Time to Thrive” conference. The actor revealed on Sept. 13 at the Toronto International Film Festival that he iswasdating Samantha Thomas. In December 2020, Elliot disclosed that he identifies as transgender.
