Doug Banks (born Calvin Douglas Banks, Jr. on June 9, 1958 in Philadelphia, PA) was a radio personality and host of The Doug Banks Radio Show. He started his radio career broadcasting on his high school’s radio station, and after getting noticed, he worked at several different radio stations, including WDRQ in Philadelphia, KDAY and KFI in Los Angeles, KLAV-AM in Las Vegas, KDIA in Oakland, California and WBMX in Chicago, Illinois. Eventually, ABC Radio Network offered Doug a nationally syndicated show. After many variations, Doug renamed his show to The Doug Banks Show in July 2010, and it was very successful. Unfortunately, he died on April 11, 2016.
