Billy Gilman (born William Wendell Gilman III on MAy 24, 1988 in Westerly, RI) is an American country music artist and contestant on Season 11 of The Voice. At the age of 11, Billy debuted his single “One Voice,” which became a Top 20 hit on the Billboard country music charts. His album of the same name was released in later 2000 and went double platinum in the US. He went on a hiatus, but then released a single in 2014 called “Say You Will.” Billy auditioned for Season 11 of The Voice, and chose Adam Levine as his coach.

Billy is best known for his song “One Voice” and as a contestant on Season 11 of The Voice.
Personal Life:
Billy is an ambassador for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and performs at their charity events. In 2014, he came out as gay.
