April Ross (born June 20, 1982) is an American pro beach volleyball player. She started her volleyball career in high school playing for Newport Harbor High, where she was a top college recruiting prospect. She attended USC where in her final two seasons she helped lead the team to back to back NCAA titles. She began her beach volleyball career in 2008, with her beach partnering with Jennifer Kessy. On September 7 of that year, the two stunned the beach volleyball world when they upset the World No. 1 duo of Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh (pre-Jennings) at an AVP tournament in Santa Barbara, California. That would never go repeated, and the team finished second to Misty and Kerri at the London 2012 Olympics, bringing home the silver medal. Misty retired after the games and Kerri chose April to be her new parter for the AVP tour events and the 2016 Rio Olympics.
