Dua Lipa, 25, and Anwar Hadid, 21, were spotted showing some PDA! The duo are currently enjoying a luxurious getaway to Mexico to celebrate the New Year and weren’t shy about displaying their toned bodies on the trip. Anwar was seen cuddling and laying on top of his gorgeous bikini-clad girlfriend in an intimate moment as they lounged poolside on Friday, Jan. 1. Dua covered her tan face with a towel as she laughed, before the 21-year-old model got up to enjoy a tasty chocolate bar.
The Future Nostalgia singer looked sensational as she sported a thong bikini. The bright neon two-piece featured a ’90s inspired yellow, orange and pink pattern with a bandeau bustier style top. Dua looked incredibly toned in the sexy swimwear, which showed off her abs, derrière and legs. At one point, she added a button down yellow sarong style skirt, creating a high slit. She finished her look with a throwback pair of hoop earrings and yellow sunglasses to match, keeping her brunette hair up in a high half pony-tail.
For his part, shirtless Anwar put his neck, chest and arm tattoos on full display as he rocked a patterned gray pair of swim shorts. He later threw on a cotton black tank top to perhaps protect him from the sun. His brunette hair looked tousled — perhaps from a dip in the ocean or pool — as it blew in the wind.
Dua and Anwar’s romantic getaway comes after they spent a low key Christmas with his family including mom Yolanda Hadid, sister Gigi, 25, her 3-month-old baby girl and boyfriend Zayn Malik, 27, as well as sister Bella, 24. The couple were seen getting into the spirit with their holiday outfits and making gingerbread houses in posts shared to Instagram. Dua previously revealed their holiday plans in an interview ahead of the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball, where she performed virtually. “One thing I know is, I’m gonna be on the sofa with my boyfriend and our puppy and watch Christmas movies and do absolutely nothing else,” the British born star, who began dating Anwar in 2019, shared. “I think that’s how I want to spend my holidays. I’m really looking forward to that,” she added.
