Mark Salling and Roxanne Gorzela started dating in September 2010. Roxanne, who is now his ex, is reportedly claiming that the Glee star forced intercourse on her in March 2011, while he ignored her request to use a condom.

The incident reportedly occurred in March 2011 just before he traveled to Canada, TMZ is reporting.

According to Gorzela’s lawsuit, Salling ignored her request and proceeded to “insert his penis into [her] vagina without a condom.”

Roxanne said she went to Mark’s house later that month to confront him about the incident, but she found him in bed with another woman. In turn, Roxanne allegedly begged Mark to prove he was STD-free. She alleges that Mark grabbed her and pushed her to the ground. Roxanne filed a police report the same day.

While Roxanne is seeking unspecified damages, Mark’s rep is denying Roxanne’s accusations, telling TMZ, ”There is no truth to this. It’s the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star’s success. We turn the rest over to Mark’s attorneys and have no further comment.”

On the May 1 episode of Glee, emotions ran high as the New Directions — and Coach Beiste — dealt with some pretty serious issues. Find out who made it through — and who didn’t.

Puck’s (Mark Salling) plan to graduate hit a speed bump when he found out he’s at risk of failing World Geography. He tried seducing his teacher, but when that didn’t work, he gave up altogether. Fortunately, McKinley High’s resident bad boy had a change of heart when his deadbeat dad showed up out of the blue asking him to borrow money. Not wanting to end up like his old man, Puck studied his butt off with the help of the guys, who were determined to see him pass. Unfortunately, no amount of studying — or singing — could prepare him for the test, and he failed. Poor Puck!

Elsewhere, Santana (Naya Rivera), Mercedes (Amber Riley), Tina (Jenna Ushkowitz), Brittany (Heather Morris) and Sugar (Vanessa Lengies) landed in hot water with Sue (Jane Lynch) and Coach Roz Washington (NeNe Leakes) when Santana cracked a joke about domestic violence after Coach Beiste (Dot-Marie Jones) turned up with a black eye. Even though Coach Beiste assured them she had gotten her shiner at the gym, Sue and Roz assigned the girls songs of empowerment to teach them a lesson. But when the Troubletones (plus Tina) missed the mark with their performance of  ”Cell Block Tango” from Chicago, Coach Beiste admitted Cooter had in fact hit her. Even sadder, despite telling Sue she had left her abusive husband and moved in with her sister, Coach Beiste took him back. It was heartbreaking watching the tears stream down her face, as the girls congratulated Coach Beiste on her courage with a stirring cover of “Shake It Out” by Florence + the Machine.

All the while, Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Rachel (Lea Michele) were busy rehearsing for their NYADA auditions. Worried his Phantom of the Opera selection wouldn’t wow the judges, Kurt considered taking a risk and performing a different, less conventional song. Rachel convinced him to stick with his original song choice, but at the last minute, Kurt went with his gut and sang “Not the Boy Next Door” from The Boy From Oz, giving the performance of a lifetime and impressing Broadway legend Carmen Tibideaux (guest star Whoopi Goldberg). For her audition, Rachel played it safe and sang “Don’t Rain On My Parade” by Barbra Streisand. But when she fumbled the lyrics — twice! — her audition was abruptly cut short. Devastated , Rachel let our her grief by performing “Cry” by Kelly Clarkson. Now why couldn’t that have been her audition song?!

Does Glee keep getting worse and worse to anyone else this season?

High school was bad, for sure, but no one gets shoved into lockers as regularly as new kid Rory Flanagan (played by The Glee Project winner Damian McGinty).

And really? Quinn (Dianna Agron) is planting hot sauce, books and botox in Shelby’s (Idina Menzel) apartment to get baby Beth taken away? Just, no.

Meanwhile, Santana (Naya Rivera) successfully schemes to get Brittany (Heather Morris) to join the other glee club with Mercedes (Amber Riley). (Long story short, Rory is staying with Brittany, she thinks he’s a leprechaun. Santana uses this to her advantage. Rory also grants Brittany the ultimate dream come true of having a bowl of marshmallow-only Lucky Charms.)

Finn (Cory Monteith) stands up for Rory against the football bullies and gets him to join New Directions — giving the group some desperately needed new blood.

As for the rest of the episode, Burt (Mike O’Malley) decides to run for Congress against she-who-shall-not-be-named. This makes this “I want to destroy the arts in schools” storyline a little bit more bearable.

And Blaine (Darren Criss) provides us with the first iPod worthy song of the season — a cover of Katy Perry‘s “Last Friday Night.”

The show finishes with Puck’s tongue (Mark Salling) in Shelby’s mouth. That won’t turn out well.

Ummm, Kurt and Blaine were never together? Say what! Meanwhile Santana does what she does best — instigate!

Glee bounced back from their so-so post-Super Bowl spot with a great Valentine’s Day episode that stayed light on the teachers, Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) was a complete no show, and instead focused on the kids. In keeping with the current theme of trying to give every character their own episode we got a whole lot of Santana (Naya Rivera) — and it was AMAZING!

First off, it is hard to imagine a time when Brittany (Heather Morris) and Santana were not regular cast members on the show given how amazing these two are, and we should also mention how gorgeous they looked in this episode. We got meddling and bitchy Santana at her finest for an entire hour and her plot to give Finn (Cory Monteith) and Quinn (Dianna Agron) mono was GENIUS! Has a show or movie ever thought of this idea before? Brilliant!

The biggest shock of the night, season, heck even entire series however, was that Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Blaine (Darren Criss) aren’t dating! It seems we, just like sweet, fragile Kurt, had imagined their entire relationship in our minds. And it must be said that the producers have been VERY misleading with this, especially given the magazine covers and appearances these two actors do.

So while we do love Blaine it was somewhat nice to see him publicly embarrassed after breaking our little Kurt’s heart. I kind of enjoy the fact however that there can be two gay men on the show that don’t have to be romantically involved. I am also still unsure how Kurt and Blaine are the only members of The Warblers that are boy crazy — and this is not a slight towards men who sing.

Oh, Finn started a kissing booth. I second Santana’s thought that it wouldn’t be worth the buck. This of course led to his mono as Santana, delightfully immune to the disease given her high school friendliness, swapped spit with the singing QB and he in turn gave it former gal pal Quinn during their auditorium cuddle puddle session. SKANKS!

Musical high point came courtesy of Rachel (Lea Michele) whose rendition of “Firework” blew Katy Perry out of the water. Love Katy, she’s great, but maybe she should learn to stop allowing the show to use her songs as they keep being better than the original. Just saying…

It should also be noted Artie’s (Kevin McHale) “PYT” combined with Mike Chang’s (Harry Shum Jr.) amazing dancing was pretty awesome too.

Finally, there is this whole Puck (Mark Salling) and Lauren (Ashley Fink) situation. It seems to keep skirting the line between cute and offensive. “Fat Bottomed Girls” guys? I mean, really? It would also be nice if they were going to do a storyline like this to not make the basis of Puck’s appeal the simple fact that Lauren didn’t appreciate his oral skills so to speak.

Oh and remember Emma (Jayma Mays)? Ummm, where’s she been?
