This little diva is making a name for herself — and at the tender age of three years old!
53-year-old R&B artist, Babyface, is getting his daughter, Peyton Edmonds, an early start in the entertainment industry. Peyton poses alongside former Guess Inc. model, Anna Nicole Smith‘s daughter in the vibrant summer looks. Dannielynn Birkhead, 6, is definitely taking after mom when it comes to fashion.

Her rhythmic father is famous for co-founding LaFace Records which carried the musical names of Usher and TLC. While Babyface may not be a name we have heard in the headlines recently his little girl is sure to be making them! With his creativity and musical edge, Babyface has worked with many famous names in the industry including the incredible Whitney Houston. With such magnificent talent at his fingertips, it’s no wonder his own little baby is following in his famous footsteps.

The kids were free to wiggle their toes on the beaches of Malibu while Elliston Lutz photographed them in denim vests, skirts, and colored jeans. The girly girl look features frilly rompers and vibrant sundresses, while the little guys look laid back in gingham shirts and chino pants. Let’s face it… there’s nothing more adorable than HollyBabies having some fun in the California sun!

There certainly is a famous line of talent, beauty, and big names for this company. With image being a top priority, it’s no wonder they are particularly selective with who they choose to represent their brand. These fun-sized stars were the perfect choice to show off the carefree look.

Dannielynn Birkhead took in a Broadway show with her dad Larry Birkhead on Jan. 20, and onlookers couldn’t help but notice how much the 6-year-old looks just like her mom Anna Nicole Smith! Anna passed away in February 2007 when Dannielynn was just a few months old.

Dannielynn and her dad caught the Broadway musical Annie, and were photographed backstage. Since the death of her mom, Dannielynn has been in the care of her dad Larry — who has proven to be a doting single dad.

Dannielynn Birkhead Pursues Modeling Career Like Mom Anna Nicole

Anna Nicole’s legacy as a Guess model lives on in her daughter when Dannielynn ever since the 6-year-old was featured in a new ad campaign for Guess Kids for the Spring 2013 collection.

Replicating her mom’s iconic look, Dannielynn poses in a black-and-white photo while leaning against a piece of driftwood. Another color photo shows her fun personality in the same white denim vest and denim skirt, but this time with a cute brown fedora.

“Dannielynn has always looked up to her mom’s image and I think that this is kind of Dannielynn’s way of paying tribute to her mom in her own special way,” Larry told Good Morning America in November.

“To see her mom’s picture next to hers as a Guess girl and say, ‘Hey, I was a Guess Kids girl, my mommy was a Guess girl,’ that might be her only connection with her mom,” he added.

Anna Nicole falunted her voluptuous curves in series of sexy ads for the brand in the early 1990s before her passing in 2007 due to a drug overdose.

It looks like Dannielynn is well on her way to being a star model like her mom — but has remained largely out of the spotlight, aside from her yearly appearance at the Kentucky Derby.

The case surrounding Anna Nicole Smith‘s death continues, as the 2011 acquittal of Howard K. Stern, her former partner, on two felony conspiracy counts has been overturned in a California appeals court on Thursday, Oct. 18, TMZ reports.

Howard was originally charged with 11 felonies, most involving conspiracy to fuel Anna Nicole with drugs. Eight of the 11 drugs found in Anna Nicole’s body when she died on Feb. 8, 2007, were not prescribed to her, but to Howard. When the trial ended, the jury had convicted Howard of just the two felony counts, but the judge in the case threw out both convictions on grounds of insufficient evidence.

On Oct. 18, a California appeals court ruled that the trial judge was wrong, and sent the case back to the trial judge, who can now sentence Howard to prison. TMZ reports that there are four options for the judge now: 1. The judge could sentence Howard to years in prison, 2. The judge could go lenient and order probation, 3. The judge could reduce the felonies to misdemeanors, and 4. The judge could find a way to dismiss the whole case on other legal grounds.

Howard’s History With Anna Nicole

Howard acted as Anna Nicole’s manager and lawyer, until he married her on September 28, 2006, in a legally non-binding ceremony in Nassau, Bahamas. After Anna Nicole’s passing, Howard claimed to be the biological father of her daughter, Dannielynn, though another man, Larry Birkhead, claimed paternity, as well. In April of 2007, a Bahamian court ordered DNA testing and it was revealed that Larry was Dannielynn’s father.

In an interview with Good Morning America on June 18, Larry Birkhead revealed the heartbreaking question his beautiful daughter Dannielynn Birkhead asked during a recent trip to the gravesite of her mother Anna Nicole Smith.

“This time was a little tough because she has a little bit better understanding of things,” Larry, 39, said about daughter Dannielynn, 5, “She said ‘why did mommy die?’”

He responded to the heartbreaking question by telling her “Doctors couldn’t fix her, but if you’re good… you’ll get to see her someday.”

In 2007, Larry fought an intense custody battle over Dannielynn because the paternity of Anna Nicole’s daughter was unclear. Anna Nicole’s then-partner Howard Stern believed he was the father and had custody of Dannielynn. Larry was then awarded custody of Dannielynn after DNA testing proved that he was her father.

Larry has made protecting Dannielynn his number-one priority in order to give her a normal life.

“She’s as well adjusted as she can be,” Larry said. “She just worries about her toys and where she’s going and where I’m gonna take her. And I do all the shielding and worrying for her.”

Stepping out in a flowery hat and an angelic spring dress, Dannielynn Birkhead looked adorable at the 2012 Kentucky Derby on May 5 — and she looks just like her late mother Anna Nicole Smith.

Her father, Larry Birkhead is a Kentucky native who actually met Anna Nicole at a Derby after party in 2004! It’s so sweet that he’s bringing their daughter back to where their romance first began!

Kept mostly out of the public eye, five-year-old Dannielynn, who arrived with her father to the 138th annual horse races, looks like she’s grown so much!

Dannielynn is named after half-brother Daniel, who died of a drug overdose three days after Dannielynn’s birth. Anna Nicole was 39 when she died of an accidental drug overdose in February 2007, only five months after her daughter was born.

And Dannielynn‘s father, Larry Birkhead, will never let his daughter forget about her mother Anna Nicole Smith. He says the little lady is “very smart” and curious about her late mommy, who died at the age of 39, just five months after Dannielynn was born.

Sadly, Anna Nicole’s 20-year-old son Daniel passed away three short days after Danielynn was born. There was a huge paternity controversy after Anna Nicole died a few months later until it was determined that Larry was in fact Dannielynn’s biological father.

“She can walk by her picture and she’ll give a kiss to her mom in a photo album, or at Christmas, we were sitting at home and The Naked Gun came on with her mom in it, and I let her see an appropriate little clip of that, and she knew right away her mom was, you know, ‘There’s my mom. That’s Anna Nicole,’” Larry explained earlier this year.

“My goal was always to keep Daniel and Anna in her mind and let her know who they were without overdoing it,” Larry added. “You have a responsibility to keep Anna’s memory alive.”

Larry Birkhead is a good dad. He’s making sure that his little girl Dannielynn always remembers her mommy!

Dannielynn Birkhead may have only been 5 months old when her mommy Anna Nicole Smith passed away in Feb. 2007, but now that she’s four years old, she’s been asking about Anna. “[Dannielynn] keeps me on my toes, because she’s very smart and she’s asked things already about her mom,” Dannielynn’s father Larry Birkhead tells ET. He’s doing a good job of keeping Anna’s memory alive.

If Anna were here today, she’d be quite proud of her daughter. “Dannielynn is bright, she’s intelligent, she’s met and exceeded all of her developmental milestones by all accounts from her teachers and, you know, medical personnel,” Larry notes. “Anybody that comes in contact with her talks about how bright and intelligent [she is] and how she leaves an impression.”

Dannielynn is also one very busy little girl. “It’s hard enough for me to keep up with her social calendar,” Larry laughs.

And the four-year-old is very different from other children her own age. “She loves cheese,” Larry gushes. “She doesn’t like the things that all kids like, like ice cream and pizza, things that kids go crazy for she doesn’t. She knows what she wants, like her mom.”

Dannielynn is also very aware of her celebrity status. “She knows that, when we are like out and about, that people take pictures, and she knows that people are following us,” sates Larry. “We were in New York and, as crazy as that is, she could pick a [paparazzo] out of a crowd.”
