Track Palin (born Track CJ Palin on April 20, 1989 in Wasilla, Alaska) is an American Army Reservist, veteran of the Iraq war and son of former Governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin. Track grew up in Alaska and following the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001, he enlisted in the United States Army. Track performed a tour of duty in Iraq in 2008, providing air guard. While Track received accolades from his commanding officer for being a good soldier, Track’s childhood friend, Jeremy Morlock, was sentenced to prison for 22 years for murdering unarmed Afghan civilians and taking photos with their corpses in what became known as the Maywand District Murders. Track returned to Alaska following the war, and was reportedly the most injured member of the 2014 Palin family drunken brawl. Track allegedly tried to start a fight with his father, Todd Palin, though Track claims the argument began when party guests spoke rudely to his sisters. In 2016, Track was arrested and accused of a drunken assault. The police report claimed Track committed “a domestic assault on a female” while interfering with her ability to report a crime.
